This pet store is always clean and smells clean. Doesn't have that weird smell like a popular chain pet store does. Took my doggo to get her bath here. The self service bath area is clean and well stocked. Easy use of the bath area is a must and is for me! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and doesn't force or corner you into getting packages or services. They have a wide variety of food, treats, bedding, toys, and other essentials for multiple species. I love taking my dog with me here!

Store is very clean and well merchandised. Great selection of dog and cat food. Typical selection of freshwater fish but the aquarium selection needs work. Typical selection of reptiles, a handful of normal ball pythons and leopard geckos. They do have frozen and live mice and rat feeders for snakes! Very nice!! The staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly! They do not have a groomer or vet in the store. Some may find that a little disappointing But you can wash your own dog, or cat maybe, for $10. Pretty cool!

We just happened into this place and were glad we did. We spent over 300 on a dragon, two tree 🐸 s and cages and supplies. Andrea was friendly and knowledgeable. Our frog died within a month, but was healthy when we initially bought him, I believe. The store was clean and nice and they helped load the car. We spent about an hour there and plan to return. They gave great tips and information about our animals and taking care of them. There dragon is a great pet and very sweet. We will return.

Laura was so helpful. Helped me find the right dog food, and offered to help carry the food to the car. Was so patient with my kids who wanted to see all the animals. Thank you Laura!!! Great customer service.
