Only one staff checking out. Although almost all the items are tagged as 50% off today, I only had to pay $2.00 for $5 items at the cashier. The staff said all the stores are closing and the final closing date will be March 17.

I wanted to change or return the Santa Claus costume I bought two days ago, but they did not accept it and said that they took back the seasonal products seven days before the holiday. The costume was too small and they did not accept it even though I showed it the photo.

Bought balloons and a birthday card for my granddaughter. Customer service is okay, needs some work in that area. But they have the best ballon selection.

I just came in and purchased some balloons for my daughter’s birthday. One items I purchased was a silver 9 balloon. Within a minute after purchase, as I went to the line where they blow up the balloons, I saw they had a pink version on the other side of the stand. I asked if I could please exchange or swap it out and was told no. I told them the purchase was less than a minute ago and still no. I understand the store is closing but this is still bad customer service.
