I’m extremely disappointed with Panera Bread. I used to be a regular customer, but this was the last time for me. Every time I order the Chicken Avocado sandwich, it gets smaller. Yesterday I paid $12.89 and the sandwich was literally half the size it used to be. The inside was almost empty, and the piece of chicken was very small compared to how they used to make it. Before, they actually put a proper amount of chicken in a chicken sandwich. Now it’s just a tiny piece. I’m uploading two pictures showing how small it is and how empty it looks inside. This is not about advertising. I’m comparing it to what they used to serve. With prices like this, charging nearly $13 for something this small is unacceptable. I left still hungry. I won’t be coming back again.

The past couple of times I have ordered sandwiches, it has been a major disappointment, so I will stick to the soups, salads and bakery from now on. This last visit I ordered a ciabatta sandwich and it was smaller than my napkin. They should use smaller plates so it isn't so obvious how small it is. Taste wasn't there either. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. It is a quiet place to sit and enjoy a meal- just don't get a sandwich.

Good Food but Room for Improvement I recently visited Panera Bread and had a mixed dining experience that highlighted both strengths and areas needing improvement. We ordered the corn chowder soup, a Chipotle Chicken sandwich, a Chicken Caesar Salad, and a Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich. Food Quality and Portions: The corn chowder soup was a standout, thick and slightly spicy, perfectly accompanied by bread, making it a satisfying appetizer or a meal in itself. The Chicken Caesar Salad was generous in size, served with three containers of dressing. While the salad was fresh, it was pretty standard with no unique twists. The sandwiches, both the Chipotle Chicken and the Toasted Frontega Chicken, were delicious and well-prepared. They were served cut in halves, which was convenient and they definitely lived up to their price in terms of flavor and filling. Service and Wait Time: The service was a bit slow, taking almost 30 minutes for our order to be ready, which seemed longer than necessary for a fast-casual restaurant. Ordering Process: The restaurant uses automated kiosks for placing orders, which are efficient, but the cashier also had to work in the back at times, leaving the front less attended. Once you place your order at the kiosk, you can choose to use a pager (if available) or simply provide your name. You don’t need to pick up your food from the counter as waiters will bring your order directly to your table. For to-go orders, there are designated shelves by the kitchen counter where you can find your order labeled with your name, making pickup quick and easy. This setup might confuse some customers but adds a touch of convenience. Cleanliness and Ambiance: A recurring issue was the cleanliness of the dining area. The tables were sticky and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. This is something I've noticed in other branches as well. There was a consistent, confusing mix of food smells that pervaded the dining area, which I found slightly off-putting. Location Benefits: The location benefits from ample and free parking, making access easy and convenient. Overall: Panera Bread offers tasty and high-quality meals that are worth the price, but the dining experience could be enhanced significantly with improvements in service speed, cleanliness, and overall management of the dining area. It's clear that the shift towards automation in order taking is a sign of modernization, but the physical aspects of the restaurant should not be neglected.

Visited this location on 12/30/2025. The food was decent but the portion (half a sandwich) was not. It seemed more of an half of a half. The resturant's dining area was horrible! there was literally ONE table that was "clean" that appeared to seat a party of people, but it was my only choice for sitting due to all the other tables being dirty. It is understandable for a code to be on the restroom door, but paying customers should have the access to using the restrooms. I literally had to wait for a team member to enter the code so that I could enter. In addition, there was a team member sitting with what appeared to be a family member, or spouse, playing uno cards at a table. Understandably, she may have been on break, but the sight of a team member sitting around, playing cards, while the dining area is a mess was unprofessional.
