Friendly service and has variety of foods. The food in this branch is however is NOT FRESH; especially the entrees while the rice was lumpy and tasteless. I chose a plate of rice, Beijing beef and orange chicken and was actually disappointed with the quality to be honest.

I used a special coupon to get a bowl for $1 for context. I chose the fried rice and Orange Chicken as my options. The fried rice was pretty good and soft. The Orange Chicken was also really good, but the amount they give you in the Bowl Size is a little less than what I would've hoped for. I've already ate some of that so the picture isn't the actual amount. But for a Bowl Size, it's decently filling enough 😁

The food is good. But I notice the Asian Manager here is a total arrogant with his employees. What type of manager screams at its workers in front of customers and treat them like trash? The cook was already frustrated at this man. Don’t let this man ego get on top of this people that are doing their job. I couldn’t get a good photo of him. He’s unprofessional. Service good and food too…

I wanted to recognize Roberto for doing an outstanding job during my visit. He handled a very difficult customer in front of me with exceptional professionalism and patience. Even as the customer raised their voice and caused a disturbance, Roberto remained calm, respectful, and focused on resolving the situation. His composure and excellent customer service made a positive impression on me. Employees like Roberto represent Panda Express well, and I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for the way he handled such a challenging interaction.

Ordered through DoorDash yesterday. Food was delish. Will def order Panda again. Much needed yesterday ad I was at my job and no amenities. BAMA TRUCKER - ROLL TIDE
