Hidden Gem in Spring TX. This place is good. Only need more traffic. I had buffet and very crispy dosa. My Dr friend came all the way from Pearland TX and I live in Spring TX. All the dishes were very good. I loved the goat curry , chilly panir and biryani. My best wishes for the team of palette.

So excited to have found an outstanding Indian buffet! I have always ordered the same two dishes at Indian restaurants, but at Palette I was able to enjoy a little bit of everything! The food is high quality and made with a level of care you can only find at locally owned restaurants. 10/10 recommend!! 💯 the service was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. I will definitely be returning!

Ordered takeout yesterday, two butter chicken and one dal makhani. I wanted to like it, but the food was inconsistent and overall underwhelming, especially for the price point. At $17 for a butter chicken, it is not on the cheap end, so the expectation for quality and consistency is naturally higher. The two butter chicken orders arrived with noticeably different curry color and texture, one more bright orange and one more brown, which raised a consistency concern right away. More importantly, the chicken itself tasted more boiled than properly cooked and some pieces did not feel fully cooked through. The dal makhani was also lacking depth and richness, it tasted flat compared to what you would expect from the dish. On the positive side, I called the restaurant when I noticed the discrepancy and the person who answered was kind and professional. They handled it well and refunded one of the butter chicken orders, which I appreciated. I am leaving this review as constructive feedback. The customer service was solid, but the kitchen consistency and overall flavor need a noticeable improvement for me to come back.

Flavor galore!! Dishes made from scratch, fresh, full of flavor, exquisite seasoning. The cauliflower appetizer is not to be missed. All our meals here were great, even for plant eaters plenty to choose from. Highly recommended. Lucky if you live in the neighborhood 😁

I have been wanting to try an Indian restaurant for so long and this place did not disappoint! I love that they have boneless meat, gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with an amazing smell of spices. The garlic naan is made fresh and was super soft once it arrived at our table. The server was very nice and made sure our drinks were never empty. We got the boneless chicken popsicles as an appetizer. It was good but had a strong garlic aftertaste which wasn’t bad, but something we weren’t used to. If you’re looking to ease into Indian food, I would suggest you try it later. I ordered the chicken vindaloo, 10/10!! It was sooooo delicious. It had a kick to it but wasn’t too spicy. The spices were amazing and the chicken was cooked perfectly. It also had potatoes which were also cooked perfectly. The flavor was delicious! I’m already planning my next visit here just for that! My boyfriend ordered the chicken Biryani and he loved it too. Another employee came from the kitchen to make sure our food was good, he was also very nice. This place was perfect for what we were wanting! Will definitely come here again.
