Paletería el Pibe

So this place is right next door. I haven't stopped here in about a year or more BUT stopped in today. They were better in the past but probably still not as good as La Brisas bars. I like a really milky and creamy type ice cream bar (like La Brisa) these are not very creamy at all. They're just extremely light on flavor. The store and everything looks very clean. The quality of bars are just "meh" to me. I did ensure to get the bars that had "milk added" on the label but again these are not a very milky ice cream bar. I probably won't go back, just not a fan of the product.

UPDATE: I came by on 08/06/2024 and I must say that the quality of the palletas has become really bad. The prices have gone up by atleast $2 a dozen and if you as a business and are going to do something like that, your quality of your product either stays the same or gets better, not worse. I think you guys need to invest in better freezers because the majority of your product is melted and deformed especially the American palletas. Finally was able to come get some paletas... lately it has been packed and this spot is kinda small for so many ppl. Neways the paletas are very cheap but I noticed today that the milk based paletas are very soft even after putting them in the frezzer for awhile...and the sticks have a very funky taste. Other than that service is good just wish they would provide curbside but owell. I recommend this spot if you havent been here...you get a dozen of mexican paletas and bolis for $4 and American for $6 or $7.

I love this place! Wonderful prices, almost wish they would do a little ice cream wagon/truck and go around the neighborhoods. Would put all the other mobile ice cream people out of business.

Drive out of the way to be told they’re closed it was 6:55 google says 8 but they haven’t updated their hours they close at 7 now so I was disappointed
