Pala Cafe

First of all Their staff is rude .The spring location is temporary closed due to unpaid rent dues. Other location has only few attractions open for kids. Rest of them are closed because they don't repair things. Attractions are damaged. I went to the spring location yesterday and it was closed because they didn't pay the rent on time . So the location was sealed. I just needed to cancel the membership and the customer service agent told me i cannot till august . The agent was rude and not being helpful at all. I am attaching the violation notice picture of spring location . I was only demanding cancellation nothing else .

Ok so we just went to this Urban Air location on a Sunday for lunch and had so much fun! We ordered the color changing ICEE cups and two cheese pizza. The pizza was so good & of course, the ICEE cups were a hit! The staff was super nice to us, we met lots of friendly families and loved the zipline, trampolines and ball pit area! @thathoustonmom

Booked a Friday evening birthday party at Urban Air Spring location. The kids had fun and the party hostess was amazing! Only thing I wouldn't recommend is the add on cookie cake. It was a $29.99 add on charge and it was burnt and the icing was put on right away so it melted all over. Just bring your own birthday dessert. They did take the cookie cake off the bill when we brought up our concerns.

Our new favorite place to celebrate birthdays! We just had my daughter's birthday party here and it was the perfect place .We changed our venue last minute so they didn't have any rooms available for reservations. We got there very early and were able to get a table . The place was almost empty. My daughter and her friends had a blast and parents enjoyed seeing our kids having so much fun! I was very skeptical after seeing all the negative comments about the place being dirty. We found everything in great condition and customer service was outstanding. I did notice that after 2:00 pm it started to get crowded. So if you prefer less crowds, like me, I recommend arriving when they open at 10. I also recommend taking your own water. Drinks are very overpriced. Other than that, our experience at Urban Air Spring was just perfect! Our kids played for 4 hours. They absolutely loved it. We'll definitely come back for future birthdays.

I got a membership a couple weeks back for 6 of my kids and an adult. Went to the counter to order some food that I spent almost $200 on for my large family the price wasn’t the issue it was the fact I waited over an hour for the food and then they proceeded to get the order wrong!! I had to wait for new food to come out. They said sorry and I figured because they were busy was the cause. No big deal. But then today on my second visit of my membership I go up to the counter and order food again for $75 this time. I specifically tell her what I want and when I get my order it’s not what I remember telling her I wanted so when I went and asked for a receipt it took over 10 minutes for them to call someone else to get me a receipt then I look at it and she didn’t even ring the order up correctly and 3 people behind the counter want to just stare at me. If all of the people behind the counter weren’t joking and playing around or having side conversations then they would be able to hear what people actually order and get the orders correct. I didn’t get a sorry or anything just a I’m confused is this not what you got. You’re not understanding that you did not ring me up for what I ASKED FOR!! This would not have been a big deal if this wouldn’t have happened two times in a row with the same exact employees.
