Ok so we just went to this Urban Air location on a Sunday for lunch and had so much fun! We ordered the color changing ICEE cups and two cheese pizza. The pizza was so good & of course, the ICEE cups were a hit! The staff was super nice to us, we met lots of friendly families and loved the zipline, trampolines and ball pit area! @thathoustonmom

Took my son here, for someone's birthday party. The parking lot had no lights and it was dark not feeling safe at all. I don't think this place is even disaffected so dirty not even clean also the small kid area. Didn't like how the small kid play area was near the restroom it stink sooo bad. It would be great for that to be moved away from a kids area and smelling it the whole time the small kids playing. My son got sick the next day being there. Please disaffect the play areas and do some upgrades and fix your parking lights.

Booked a Friday evening birthday party at Urban Air Spring location. The kids had fun and the party hostess was amazing! Only thing I wouldn't recommend is the add on cookie cake. It was a $29.99 add on charge and it was burnt and the icing was put on right away so it melted all over. Just bring your own birthday dessert. They did take the cookie cake off the bill when we brought up our concerns.

Our new favorite place to celebrate birthdays! We just had my daughter's birthday party here and it was the perfect place .We changed our venue last minute so they didn't have any rooms available for reservations. We got there very early and were able to get a table . The place was almost empty. My daughter and her friends had a blast and parents enjoyed seeing our kids having so much fun! I was very skeptical after seeing all the negative comments about the place being dirty. We found everything in great condition and customer service was outstanding. I did notice that after 2:00 pm it started to get crowded. So if you prefer less crowds, like me, I recommend arriving when they open at 10. I also recommend taking your own water. Drinks are very overpriced. Other than that, our experience at Urban Air Spring was just perfect! Our kids played for 4 hours. They absolutely loved it. We'll definitely come back for future birthdays.

Super great. We had a membership where we used to live, use it 2-5 times a week cause there wasnt much else to do out there so naturally moving here we looked for another indoor place cause we enjoyed it so much and out of all the jump/indoor play places within 20 minutes of us they had the best membership price so I took it thinking it would be the same as the other place (limited park access based on height) TURNS OUT they are not only $6 cheaper, they also have full park access (no limits other than inperson height restrictions for safety of course but as she grows she can do it without costing more) and it is access to 3 locations and free snack and drink every visit. Insanely more value for less money is dope. We like to switch it up so thats a huge benefit and the people are quick and clean and nice. The guy at the front already recognized us just the second time and is super energetic and kind. They got me sold easyyyyy
