Food not that great! Not expecting it would be like that! Took my son yesterday for-his birthday with my entire family . Steak is dry , food is cold, shrimp is dry my steak is cut in small portion not like on the menu picture brochure, fettuccine was dry and had a lot of. Cajun seasoning which should be white cream sauce . The only thing is good the complimentary bread. Very disappointed. Not recommending this place at all ! 🤮

I typically try not to give a bad review however this review is honest and I hope management or ownership can really make some changes.. first things first is my waitress was extremely casual and lacked a bit of service class. She forgot to give enough straws and never came back to check on us after she provided the drinks so we had to go looking for her to get a straw. When the food came out, my daughter’s lobster was cold. The children’s macaroni was cold and both orders of the upcharged macaroni were cold. I asked for my steak to be medium well and it came out pretty rare I contemplated asking it to be fixed, Decided to go ahead and get it fixed and ask them to politely put it on the grill for a little longer. By the time, my steak and macaroni came back to the table we were ready to go and my steak was STILL undercooked.. The manager did walk over the steak and asked if it was cooked to my liking, but honestly, I didn’t have the time or patience to have them fix it again, especially since the exterior of the steak was already seared burnt. Our entire visit felt like our waitress was either rushed or annoyed to service us. I would not go back and I would not recommend anyone eat here mainly because when my son did cut into his steak, the meat had a bad smell to it. I highly suggest someone intervene here; properly train the wait staff and double check what’s going on in the kitchen. The pic is of my steak after it was “fixed”. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing.

This experience at Outback was something abnormal to me. Although I am never one to return food, at this location I did twice. I originally got the chicken and shrimp Queensland pasta. I did not like the flavor of the pasta as it barely had any. To be completely fair, I returned it and got something else. The blooming burger, which I also did not like because of the taste of the meat and the sauce in it. Although I may not have eaten the food. I wanna leave this review. To solidify that this place is service and ambience was amazing. Waiters were so kind and manager was very understanding of me sending back food. I felt bad but I knew I wouldn’t eat it. I still loved the bread and Shark Grenadine drink. My friends got the same pasta and burger as me and enjoyed it! So I know it’s just me. Your great service made me feel better about the experience and since I sent back food the least I can do is leave a good review!

Lee was our server, but we also met his backup, the floor manager & the owner, Samantha. The food was outstanding. I had the Aussie 3 course dinner with 8 coconut shrimp (fantastic - not to be missed), potato soup, Caesar salad & cheesecake. My husband had the filet with broccoli & cheesecake. The filet was tender & juicy, even cooked to medium well. Everything was absolute perfection, and the price, especially for my 3 course meal, was amazing - $14.99!!! We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed it! Our waitress was supper sweet and accommodating. The food quality, and the taste of the burger🍔 and the steak 🥩 we ordered were good! I like my steak medium and it was cooked to perfection 👌
