I don’t ever leave reviews but it’s the next day now and I’ve never had a server make the rest of my night go so swimmingly that I’m actually thanking them the next morning. Backstory: yesterday was my dude and I’s 4 year anniversary and it was my first time at outback, we planned to go there last minute since we kept seeing their ads on tv and my dude always talks about how they’re the original blooming onion guys so I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. We planned to see black phone 2 at the theater after that. Kaleb literally planned and timed everything so perfectly (despite bar taking a little long to make our second set of drink) that we showed up at the exact time we wanted to for our movie (we were worried we’d get there too early or too late.) We got the blooming onion obviously, coconut shrimp astounding, French onion soup holy moly you should advertise that because it was the best French onion soup I’ve had, loaded potato, Mac and we both got the filet mignon combo with lobster. Biggest lobster and tastiest one I’ve had yet. I was so stuffed I could barely get up and I’m not a bigger girl. But Kaleb accidentally recommended us the movie Weapons and that’s part of what kept our night going. Because of Kaleb, we had the best anniversary date yet and it didn’t have to end after the movie because he gave us a just as cool one to watch after. I wish I could go back and tell him and shake his hand. We literally just kept thanking Kaleb through out the night and next morning despite not knowing dude or him being around to hear. Best service I’ve ever received and it didn’t seem fake just a natural good listener and naturally good at his job. Get Kaleb if you want a good night or day because he will put you on that path. Please make sure Kaleb sees this! 🙏 May nothing but good things happen for this guy.

Food not that great! Not expecting it would be like that! Took my son yesterday for-his birthday with my entire family . Steak is dry , food is cold, shrimp is dry my steak is cut in small portion not like on the menu picture brochure, fettuccine was dry and had a lot of. Cajun seasoning which should be white cream sauce . The only thing is good the complimentary bread. Very disappointed. Not recommending this place at all ! 🤮

I typically try not to give a bad review however this review is honest and I hope management or ownership can really make some changes.. first things first is my waitress was extremely casual and lacked a bit of service class. She forgot to give enough straws and never came back to check on us after she provided the drinks so we had to go looking for her to get a straw. When the food came out, my daughter’s lobster was cold. The children’s macaroni was cold and both orders of the upcharged macaroni were cold. I asked for my steak to be medium well and it came out pretty rare I contemplated asking it to be fixed, Decided to go ahead and get it fixed and ask them to politely put it on the grill for a little longer. By the time, my steak and macaroni came back to the table we were ready to go and my steak was STILL undercooked.. The manager did walk over the steak and asked if it was cooked to my liking, but honestly, I didn’t have the time or patience to have them fix it again, especially since the exterior of the steak was already seared burnt. Our entire visit felt like our waitress was either rushed or annoyed to service us. I would not go back and I would not recommend anyone eat here mainly because when my son did cut into his steak, the meat had a bad smell to it. I highly suggest someone intervene here; properly train the wait staff and double check what’s going on in the kitchen. The pic is of my steak after it was “fixed”. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was nice and relaxing.

Had a great experience today with Donovan as our server. He was super patient with our mess of an order and my son enjoyed his birthday meal with the family. I previously felt the quality of Outback had fallen greatly but at this newer location I felt like the old Outback was back but better. All the food was excellent and no one had any issues with the food quality. It was great. Once again I can't express enough how excellent our server/waiter was. He did not miss a thing with our scattered crazy order. He is extremely patient and not rushed. I'm sure all my corney jokes didn't make it easier. If you ever go to this location and have a large table of people and want the order taken right with a very attentive waiter then I'd request Donovan. I know I will. PS we were the corner table during superbowl. Thank you again.

This experience at Outback was something abnormal to me. Although I am never one to return food, at this location I did twice. I originally got the chicken and shrimp Queensland pasta. I did not like the flavor of the pasta as it barely had any. To be completely fair, I returned it and got something else. The blooming burger, which I also did not like because of the taste of the meat and the sauce in it. Although I may not have eaten the food. I wanna leave this review. To solidify that this place is service and ambience was amazing. Waiters were so kind and manager was very understanding of me sending back food. I felt bad but I knew I wouldn’t eat it. I still loved the bread and Shark Grenadine drink. My friends got the same pasta and burger as me and enjoyed it! So I know it’s just me. Your great service made me feel better about the experience and since I sent back food the least I can do is leave a good review!
