Icing on cupcakes is almost pure sugar, too sweet. Persons selling desserts do not know the contents of those desserts and say that there are no printouts for the ingredients. In January 2026, a small cupcake costs $2.5 - too expensive for such a low quality desserts.

Beautiful place to have a delicious dessert and coffee. We ordered a black and white mousse, a pumpkin mousse, a triple chocolate cheesecake and an eclair. We also ordered a latte. They all left us speechless. The place is cute. The service is incredible. Come with your friends and family and have a great time.

We chose Ooh La La to make our wedding cake, and they absolutely nailed it. I've been a fan of their bakery since they opened in 2007, so I already trusted their quality and didn’t feel the need for a tasting. Ordering the cake was a breeze—during my visit, I brought along a few inspiration pictures, and the team was able to recreate the look beautifully. The cake itself was two tiers: raspberry amaretto with raspberry filling on the bottom, and white chocolate caramel on the top. Both flavors were incredibly moist and full of flavor—our guests loved it! The bakery delivered and set up the cake at our venue on time without a hitch. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when planning a wedding. Ooh La La made it easy to trust them with something so important, and they came through in both presentation and taste. I would definitely recommend them to other couples looking for a beautiful and delicious wedding cake from a team that knows what they’re doing.

Were the desserts tasty? YES! The grievance that won’t let me give 5 stars is the inconsistency in pricing. The website /menu indicates prices are less than what was actually charged. Macarons were expected to be $2.50/ea. But they were rung at $3.25/ea for example. All the pricing was different than the site. Ask for pricing so that you’re aware.

Made an order online with a pickup at an assigned time. Arrive at the Cinco Ranch location, not busy, more employees than people in the store. 2 customers in fact. Order not ready and they went looking and acted pretty clueless, finally found my order still on machine undiscovered. Waited while they gathered the order. I had prepaid on line. Get home for birthday celebration and find two items missing, one big cupcake and one mini, so person at birthday did not get any cupcakes that they had requested. Too far to drive back! Very disappointed. Called them and they said they would refund.
