I had a great experience touring an apartment at Sanctuary at Jacob’s Reserve. Halona helped me throughout the tour and she was absolutely amazing—very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and welcomed the entire time. The community is beautiful and well-maintained, and the apartment layouts were impressive. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and Halona truly made the difference. I highly recommend touring here!

We have lived here for just over a month so far and we are absolutely loving it. First and foremost, the complex is extremely family friendly. There are walkways that are well lit all throughout the complex, which makes evening walks with a three month old safe and easy. There are always kids playing in the large grassy areas, and they seem to be having a wonderful time. I see many couples also walking their little ones in strollers- which is nice to see as new parents. Aesthetic wise, the complex is well kept, and the buildings themselves are beautiful. When I have guests over they compliment the overall look of the complex often. I also really love the oversized patios that most units come with- really gives you a place to make your own. The amenities are also wonderful. The gym has much more to offer than most apartment gyms I have seen, with new equipment. The pool is stunning, and very large. There is even a park for the little ones, and a dog park for those that have dogs. We love the beer garden area, that has a fire pit, picnic tables, corn hole, and beautiful lighting. They also occasionally have food trucks come by. Maintenance is also very quick to respond. I was up feeding baby and noticed a flickering light at 2 am and put in a request- they were there by 10 am that day to fix it. The front office staff is also very friendly and very helpful, and recognize you even outside of the office- they truly care about their residents being happy. Lastly, I have had no issues with parking here. It may be tight by the first two buildings, but there are still spots available. Everywhere else tends to have good availability. I get home late some nights and can still park close to my building.

I had the best experience with viewing the grounds and starting the process of renting my apartment with Tywana. She is so kind and helpful. She response quick to all my questions and move in was so smooth. She made the process stress free and accommodating. I highly recommend this beautiful complex !

I’ve been one of the very first residents at Sanctuary since construction was completed, and I’ve now lived here for more than 7 years. We’ve had a few management companies over that time, but none compare to the exceptional leadership and service that Halona and Veronica provide. Together, they consistently go above and beyond for residents and have been the driving force in preserving the charm, discipline, luxury, and upscale feel Sanctuary had from day one. Sanctuary has truly been home for our family—my son graduated while living here, and my daughter has always felt safe and comfortable in this community. Their well-being means everything to me, and Halona and Veronica deserve full credit for creating that environment. I also want to recognize our maintenance team, especially Israel, who is always just a call away and can fix anything and everything. His reliability and skill make day-to-day living here effortless and stress-free. This team is a true assets to the management company and the property owners, and a big reason we continue to stay. Proud to say we’ve renewed for another year!

Ms. Tywana was extremely kind, patient, and helpful with us when finding our new home. We loved the property and floor plans and as soon as we found a unit we liked, Tywana was ready to assist us with getting everything in place to move in and kept us updated on the status of our applications all along the way. The customer service in the leasing office is stellar to say the least and we cannot be happier with the whole team.
