Office Depot OfficeMax

Purchased an office chair and rug for over $700. They offered to assemble the chair for $20. Go to unload the chair and the chair falls apart. Called the store and the female who answered said she was the manager and didn't care at all. She was like bring it back. The chair is heavy even in pieces. Sidenote I don't believe she was the manager because the white man that helped me the day before get the chair had store manager on his name tag. IDon't get furniture from there or waste money paying extra for the assembly.

I don’t know why this location is still open. Whenever I go in here understaffed, and those that are working have 2 speeds slow and reverse. When I walk in this store I feel like I lose years off my life. Sucks.

👍 One stop shop for your office needs, located near the wealthier neighborhoods. 👎 The self-service print area was filthy (pictured). 👎 2 out of 3 self-service printers were out of order. 👎 The paper cutter didn't work and ended up ruining my prints. 👎 Poor customer service - The PR "SocialMedia" team made contact asking that I contact them directly to address the issue. That team gave the typical lip service you would expect, but after 2 weeks, I have yet to be contacted by anyone about the experience.

Website says they have three laser printers under $100 available for in-store pickup. Drive over and the associate says "oh yeah, our website is always wrong". And you wonder why brick and mortar is losing out to online sales

One of the larger OfficeMax area Houston and they have everything you may need to find for an office here. The owners here are very helpful and the restroom is clean on my visit. The price may not be the cheapest but if you need it now, they will have it in stock for you.
