They were very nice and sweet with me being a doordasher. They let me have a sample to try. They are so delicious. If you see a store you have to stop and get one. This for me is like a Buccees. You have to stop for one!

Came to try the banana pudding Bundt cake. It is so yummy! I used to eat these all the time (lemon raspberry was my fav) but haven’t in years. This was a great introduction back. The cashier was quick and friendly.

I want to share my disappointing experience. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter with specific instructions: lemon flavor, custom decorations, and a particular frosting design. When I arrived to pick it up, the frosting was a mess—smudged and uneven. This was a big disappointment on an important day. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told it would take another 30 minutes to remake the lemon cake. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and had no choice but to take a different flavor—something my daughter didn’t want on her special day. No one offered a refund, or even a discount for the inconvenience. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. I truly hope the Bakery improves their communication, quality, and customer care going forward.

I came in from an email advertisement on a newer flavor: Caramel Apple Cider. It was DELICIOUS. I bought a mini to share. The atmosphere is very beautiful in store. I’m not a continuous customer but I decided to get something sweet today. Customer service was fine. However I marked down the score due to an unadvertised extra $1 fee for new flavors (although I still paid the $1 upcharge I would have liked to know that in advance). Second, they are cashless which was an inconvenience. Also, when I asked for a fork, I found out they don’t have any…. Not sure how they sell a food item but do not provide utensils unless you buy in bulk…. I’m not disappointed overall but may try another location next time due to these things.

I was excited to try this location as I had tasted Nothing Bundt Cakes once and thought it was delicious. Sadly, I was disappointed as half the cake was raw. I pressed my finger on the cake and my fingerprint remained. When further inspected, the cake turned to mash and the consistency was that of putty. This is a serious health hazard as this bakery chain has eggs as one of its ingredients. I hope no one else has the same issues.
