I don’t sugarcoat reviews, and I definitely don’t write them unless a place actually deserves it. Star Cinema Grill earned this one. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly and on point. No attitude, no long waits, no confusion — just solid service. The staff checked on us without being annoying, food came out hot, and the whole experience felt smooth and professional. The theater was clean, seats were comfortable, and the sound and picture were exactly what you’d expect when you’re paying to enjoy a movie night the right way. If a place drops the ball, I’ll say it. But this time? No complaints. Star Cinema Grill did it right. I’ll definitely be back. 👌

The setting was Nice and cozy. Lots of drink and food selection. Good customer service, customer service was very responsive and very nice. Movie theater was top notch, good sound system and screen was crystal clear. The seats are nice and comfy seat, there is no provision to lift arm rest between the seats. The seat extend with leg rest. Lots of parking space, it wasn’t very busy when I went in Sunday afternoon. Food was well priced, they weren’t expensive. The food and drink menu had lots of selection to choose from. Order delivery was pretty fast after ordering the food about 10-15 mins for the drinks and food.

Imagine you are me: a teenager on the Friday before spring break. I decide that I am going to take my 11 year old brother to see a PG13 movie as a way to celebrate a break after the stressful weeks at school. I drive to the theatre with MY DRIVERS LICENSE. We enter, all excited to watch a new ANIMATED, CHILDREN’S movie. Additionally, our movie is at 5:30 so our parents were going to let us eat dinner there. That meant milkshakes and pizza. They scan my tickets then the receptionist ask me, “are you eighteen?” I—confused and shocked—leaned it and asked, “sorry?” I told them that, no, that I am 17. Apparently, there is a policy that an adult has to be present in the movie theatre with people under the age of eighteen. I asked them why and they responded something along the lines that the policy was to ensure that there is someone responsible present to pay for food or something. I wasn’t really paying attention because of how ridiculous it is. I explained to them that I have a card, I paid for the tickets, and I drove there with. They said they can’t allow us to go without a parent present but offered to refund me. So now my brother and I are disappointed and let down that we can’t see a CHILDREN’S movie. Terrible way to start the spring break, right? What I personally don’t understand is how they can change me as an adult—anyone over 13 as an adult—yet now treat me as an adult. I should have just bought me the ticket price of a kid’s. Additionally, teenagers are the largest of the population that want to go to movie theaters, usually eating and buying drinks. It’s bad business to turn down teenagers! Star Cinema is killing their business. I am NEVER returning and telling all my friends who will tell all their friends how stupid and terrible my experience was. To add on, I’ve been going to Star Cinema with my family since I was 8, and I planned on retuning a lot more. My experience was so bad, I’d give it ZERO STARS but I can’t so I give a one.

We love this cinema, amazing big screens with recliner seats, very neat and clean and friendly staff The only problem is with their popcorn its way smaller portion and comes in a steel bowl which gets COLD immediately so don't get enjoy that popcorn thingy But Yeah they do offer other food options and those are good,....but for me that big bucket of popcorn is a must 😉 😜

We use to love going to star cinema but it has gone downhill this past year. The pizza use to be very good and the service was always fair or very good. Also I did not realize that they charge automatic gratuity, regardless of the service. Pretty sad that they rely on charging customer gratuity instead of provided outstanding service to earn the best gratuity. We’ll anyway we typically visit the Cinemark Cut more often so we don’t have to deal with star cinema new way of doing business.
