100% halal store. No pork nor pork product is not found on the premises. Most of the groceries are not found in the major grocery stores as the store caters mainly to Asian, African and West Indian palettes. They carry a huge array of all kinds of rice, flour and other ethnic foods. Plantains are popular. They have the ones that are ripe enough to fry the same day and the ones that have a few days to go.

The best Indian cuisine in town! Outstanding variety and high quality food. This is my family's favorite take out place after our weekend church! We were over the moon to find out they were open Thanksgiving! Instead of a stressful Thanksgiving turkey meal we decided to have amazing Indian cuisine on Thanksgiving and it was phenomenal! Our favorites are the lamb Biriyani, Chicken Lolipop , Fish Tawa fry ,samosas, onion budgies, the Kerala Paratto and the tandoori chicken! Curry is absolutely phenomenal as well. Excellent in every way including price. Highly recommend five stars!

The Thalasseri Biriyani and Kethel Chicken here hit home runs!! So delicious, every SPICY chicken , the taw fish we had was so Yummy and fresh, such great quality! The only cons was that we didnt get to pick the type of Fish, but whatever, it was DELICIOUS!! I think there is a Buy two get one deal, it is everyday except sun/mon, from 5pm-7pm. Don't quote me, but call first and check! Super worth it if in South Houston and craving some high quality Biriyani with Mint Mohita. YUM!

The samosas are .89 cent potatoes ones. I got for these and other snacks. They do not have any chutney or sauces, but it still good and prices. Samosas are crispy. That's why I go.

Its The best option to have a spicy hot chicken in Houston . The Kethel Chicken, Its an Authentic spice mix for create a firework on your taste buds. The chicken fry goes so well with the biriyani rice and chappathy. Price is decent for the taste they offer. Ambience is not super great but goes well with the pricing. We tried there special Bodo Beef fry and Kethel both are amazing and the the best part is both are cooked in organic cocnut oil ! This is not an upscale place. food lovers should Try it once !
