New Food Gallery now Karachi restaurant

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Karachi Restaurant during my visit to Houston. The food was incredible—truly authentic and packed with flavor. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was just as great, creating a perfect dining environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing Pakistani food!

What a horrible experience this time. We have been coming here every Ramadan for past 2 years this was our 3rd year. But it was so bad that we have decided never to come there again. While ordering they kept on punching us to eat at the buffet. But we didn’t wanted to. Then they were so rude they straight up told us to order what ever we want at once time and we CAN NOT order again. Then we were told that it’s going to take an hour or so which it did. We got our food after 45 mins and it was COLD. And it clearly looked like it was coming from buffet side. The omlate had no salt or nothing it was just plane. Parathas were cold. They didn’t even give us our halwa. Tea was disgusting it was just boiled milk. We told them about the tea too they said will get you a better one. It took them so long we gave up and left. Once these restaurants start making money their service food quality and everything goes very bad. It’s a shame they call them self Karachi Resturant.

I'm extremely disappointed with the food I had. The halwa puri tasted like it had a hint of detergent in it, which was awful. The nihari was tasteless, and to top it all off, the chai at the end of the sahoor buffet was ridiculously white, like garam dhoodh. Moreover they're pushing customers to get the buffet, claiming that ordering anything else will take at least 40 minutes.

Personally liked the Nihari and Haleem. I find rare locations that make decent Haleem. I was so happy they had a good batch. Now it could have been a good day. Some say the place has good/bad food. Still, didn't seem bad to me.

Badddddd customer service experience. Told the guy 10 times not to put cilantro. But still they put not just little but a lot.. irresponsible attitude towards customers.
