Nekter Juice Bar

First time I’ve come to this location. Either this location is just different from the rest or a lot of changes have been made. It took me a good 5 minutes to order because I spent 1/2 the time figuring out what the menu was saying. It’s cute and over complicated for no reason. I let the associate know that it was a bit complicated she looked at me like something was wrong with me and what was coming out of her mouth looked different than what I was seeing on the menu so basically I to keep repeating myself. Finally, I just picked something random so I could just leave. When I left they had comments so I kept my tip. It’s not just about what we do and say in a customers face. Sincere Genuine Customer Service is everything. After my first experience here I now see why this location is empty every time I pass by. Seems like the 5 people that came while I was here rather just order online. I’ll consider driving further or choose another establishment for a better experience.

Only reason I’m giving a review is due to the allergy that I specifically told the person at the register. Otherwise, I honestly couldn’t care less how this location is run. I told the person at the register if I could do no agave because of an allergy and said yes. Before I paid, I said no agave again. Got my drink, and I once again asked to make sure there wasn’t any agave, and the sweet lady that made my drink said, “Oh, I’m sorry, it didn’t show that on the receipt.” Needless to say, if I didn’t check a third time, we’d be taking a trip to the hospital.

This is some of the best green juice I’ve had in a long time. I got the greenie, sub green apple, added ginger and an immunity boost. Bussin 10/10. I didn’t get the ladies names but I came in during the early afternoon on 1/22 :)

Tried the banana berry burst, pb&j, and toxin flush on two separate visits, and each time the smoothies were spot on. The place is clean, the staff are welcoming, and service is quick. Parking can be tricky since the area is busy, but once you find a spot, the experience is well worth it.

The smoothies and açaí bowls are so good they are so refreshing and perfect for summer. The employees are really nice and kind. The atmosphere can be a little loud because of the blender, but it’s alright. I would recommend this place to many.
