Out of all the options at the Post I had to try the ramen place and I’m glad I did. The broth simmers for 20h and the noodles are made in house everyday. They top it with a spicy sauce and black garlic oil. Hands down the best ramen I’ve had so far.

The ramen tasted okay, but it didn’t stand out as anything unique or memorable. On a positive note, the portion size was generous. With 3-4 slices of chashu and a plentiful serving of menma, the quantity was definitely a highlight. I did enjoy the dining hall where a large ceiling window bathed the area in natural light, creating an inviting environment.

Great food!! Great service!! Great price!! I haven’t had great ramen in a long time!! Definitely satisfied the cravings and more! Loved the broth, the noodles, the meat. Just so good. It’s what I call quality ingredients. The people were also very accommodating. They sub the noodle to the regular egg noodle rather than the thin rice noodle. Just loved it! Would definitely come back!!! PS: forgot what I got, but it’s the one with pork belly. substituted the noodles to “thick” noodles

Damn. This ramen is the most flavorful, delicious, and mind-blowing soup you will likely ever taste. I was impressed and wanted more. Recommend 100 times over! 🤩

My 10 yo son loved it! He couldn’t finish it, so I had a taste…and it was so good. I ended up finishing it 😃 I’ll get a bowl myself the next time I come.
