Michy's Chinese Puerto Rican

The food wasn't bad, but very average. I was expecting more. My family kept telling me to go here, saying it was delicious, but honestly, it wasn't. The fried rice was the best thing. Everything else tasted like Panda Express. It is a lot of food! I am not sure if I want to come back. Apparently, there is sushi, but I did not see it on the Menu. I might try it in a few months again and update the review. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

The food was very good; however, the service was quite slow. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our order, despite there being only two occupied tables in the restaurant. Once the food was prepared, it remained at the service counter for about 10 minutes before being brought to us. During that time, the staff appeared to prioritize refilling sauces and cleaning trays instead of serving the completed orders. While the quality of the food was excellent, the overall dining experience was negatively affected by the delays in service.

My hubby and I have wanted to try Michy's. We finally did, and the food was absolutely yummy! The service was great, too. We recommend this place.

This was truly a delicious lunch, with flavors inspired by Puerto Rican Chinese cuisine. Enjoy every bite!

Sorry to say, this visit was a disappointment. I drove all the way from Killeen, TX after a friend recommended this place for having the best rice. Unfortunately, the rice was dry, and the fried pork I ordered was tough and lacked flavor—it tasted like older, overcooked meat. I was surprised to see how busy it was, with a long drive-thru line and a steady flow of customers. Clearly, the locals enjoy it, but it just wasn’t for me.
