Very good food... pleasant atmosphere... my fish and shrimp fried to order also. So very fresh and hot. No fake fish... REAL CATFISH!!! Now.... only thing I need them to offer is plain chocolate chip cookies and APPLE COBBLER 🍎 too!!! 😃😊🍎♥️

I was so excited to try this spot because I’d heard great things about it from people I knew and TikTok. But I can’t help but feel like I wasted $21.65. The Mac and cheese has some white thick powder consistency in it that tastes terrible, I’ve never had Mac n cheese like this before. I gagged after the first bite of it. It almost tastes spoiled, like curdled milk/cheese. The yams were fine, kind of dry. And the turkey meat was alright, along with the rice and gravy and cornbread. Nothing I got was amazing like I’d heard. The Mac and cheese was so bad I couldn’t finish it after the second bite. The food was not even close to being worth the price. I will say that the staff is very very warm and kind. Great service, I’m just terribly disappointed with the food.

The food was not what I expected. The Mac and cheese was horrible it looked liked curded milk. The catfish was not freshly fried it was hard and dried. The yams look and taste like canned yams and the greens too. The greens were dry. Where's the potlicker I mean who gives you greens with no potlicker!!! The cornbread was good. I only took two bites of the Mac and cheese it gave me a terrible stomach ache for days. I went there on January 11,2026.

The food is so fresh and delicious and hit's just right when you're craving soul food (which i almost never do). My parents eat here often & I've had their take out maybe twice now. I have yet to be disappointed by anything I've tried. This was my first experience dining in and the staff was so friendly and sweet and so welcoming. I had a wonderful experience & left full & happy.

This place is Excellent! From the owner to food and drinks, it is excllent! You feel like everyone was waiting for your arrival as soon as you walk in. It is common for the onwer come out and greet guest along with escorting guest who order takeout to their cars. I can't NOT express how DELICIOUS everything is! To top it off the price is wonderful and service is professional and kind.
