We stopped into this cozy Mexican Cocina and had a great lunch! Although the restaurant is tucked away … it was definitely worth finding! The food was delicious and the service / staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered Beef Empanadas, Poblano Empanadas and the Pico de Colibrí. Excelente ‼️

Very cozy little spot serving seriously authentic Mexican comfort food. The empanadas alone are worth the trip – we tried chicken, beef, and veggie, and every one was a hit, but the chicken stole the show. I also had the enchiladas, which were perfectly done and packed with flavor. My friend had chilaquiles. Mexican Mom is the kind of place that makes you want to come back and work your way through the whole menu.

It was a great experience for us! We have been looking for a place that pleased all of the family in terms of flavors, of course, but also service, quality and ambiance. Mexican Mom Cocina delivered in all fronts 😊. The staff, all of them, were very friendly and welcoming. The menu was presented to us as if we were part of the family. To say that we felt welcome is an understatement, we felt home. My kids helped themselves with some board games that were available for guests. We are looking forward to returning and trying all the items in the menu. Muchas Gracias 😍

Such a casually elegant little place. Not typical Tex-Mex. Seats only about 30, and the tastefully understated decor and subdued atmosphere make for a very pleasant dining experience. For example, there is a soft, folded throw or lap blanket on the back of one chair at each table. I suspect that is for the comfort of patrons who may feel chilly. Such a thoughtful touch. Expect to spend $20+ on lunch for one, but well worth it. Warm, attentive service is personally provided by the wonderful owners, and food quality / presentation is second to none. They don't sling chips and salsa here. The menu is high quality, and dishes are prepared after ordering. No make-ahead and nuke later. I had the Enchiladas Verdes with shredded chicken and thoroughly savored every bite. You just have to try this place to fully appreciate it. It is truly special.

This place is a true hidden gem. We were pleasantly surprised. Fair warning - not your chips n salsa, cheesy tex-mex kinda place, far better. Menu and seating are both somewhat limited, but food and service is exceptional. Highly recommend.
