If I could leave zero stars I would. The reviews aren’t wrong this is the worst location you could go too. Manager is extremely rude and the machines are never working. We went to pick up a cake order I had put in which I already felt sketchy about since when I was placing the order the employees had no idea how to take a cake order, well once I received the cake I felt like it was a joke. I can’t believe they were trying to sell this ugly cake to me for almost 40$. Mind you once I told the manager she automatically started blaming me saying I didn’t explain to them how I wanted it which I did. I gave them liberty to do as they please as long as it was the correct flavors and looked presentable and the one they presented to me was not at all something you should give to a customer. It was melted and her excuse was that it’s because it’s yogurt. I couldn’t believe it then she wouldn’t let me take a picture of it so I instead forcefully took a video of how poorly these people were dealing with the situation. She kept putting her hands on me so I wouldn’t take the picture and kept saying she was going to call the cops. Instead of owning up to their mistakes they want to blame the customer. I added a screenshot of the video I took so you can see how poorly the cake was presented to me vs a cake my family got from the humble location straight off the fridge (not the same day) but I wanted to show the difference of how Menchie’s standards are suppose to be. The manager here def needs a new job because this ain’t it girlfriend. I would def not order cakes from this location. Go somewhere else! If they don’t have cakes ready to go in their locations they probably suck at making them.

This place is disgusting. There was a dirty dish rag under our table, when you walk in it smells like dirty feet. The tables are all sticky and haven’t been wiped down in who knows how long, and only half the machines work. @cityhealthinspector needs to come investigate this place!

The restroom was really dirty — no toilet paper, no napkins, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. That was disappointing. Also, the cashier had headphones in and didn’t greet me or hear what I was saying. Customer service definitely needs improvement. What I did like was the new Peach ’n Cream yogurt — super tasty and refreshing. Hope the cleanliness and service get better, because the yogurt flavors are great.

I'm a loyal customer who's consistently disappointed with this store. My birthday reward, still within the valid window, couldn't be redeemed due to a system error. The employee was unhelpful, giving me conflicting information about the validity of the reward and making me wait 20 minutes while the froyo in front of me melted. This frustrating experience is sadly typical. I only visit this location because it's the closest to my home. Many times, the froyo machines aren't working properly, and the flavors come out melted. The toppings area is often messy and poorly maintained. The manager was contacted and initially agreed to honor the reward, but then she called the employee back and they then refused to apply it, choosing instead to trash my froyo and lose a customer. It's incredibly frustrating to see a store throw away a product rather than honor a reward. This location's service, system, and general store maintenance issues need to be addressed.

Cute location but lacked a lot things. Most flavors were out, they didn’t have a lot options for toppings, the fridge was empty and it wasn’t the cleanest place. The frozen yogurt itself wasn’t the best either.
