Meet Fresh Katy

Overall, I had a pretty good experience here. Meet Fresh is always one of my go-to places when I’m craving Taiwanese-style desserts, and this location in Katy has a nice variety of options. We ordered a taro-based dessert and one of their shaved ice bowls with multiple toppings. The presentation looked great, and the portion size was generous. I really liked the red beans, grass jelly, and taro balls — they had good texture and weren’t overly sweet. The sweetness level overall was balanced, which I appreciate since some dessert places can be too sugary. That said, the taro chunks we had that day were a little on the firmer side. I was expecting them to be softer and more creamy. It wasn’t bad, just slightly less smooth than I’ve had at other locations. It could have just been that batch. The store itself was clean and spacious, and it’s a good spot to hang out with friends after dinner. Staff were fine and service was fairly quick when we went. I would still come back, especially for the shaved ice and taro balls. If the taro texture is a bit softer next time, it would easily be a perfect experience.

Friendly staff and great food! My guilt free dessert shop, with large portion sizes. I love the flavors and always get fruits. It's a great treat with every bite being exciting.

Sadly their shaved ice is not shaved ice! It’s just a crushed frozen liquid. $13.75 for something that isn’t even the right thing. Not cool. But the flavors and the mochi are good.

Meet Fresh is always my first choice when I want a dessert that isn’t overly sweet. They offer a variety of toppings that are fresh, tasty, and delicious. I had a great time here with my friend, and the staff was also helpful and kind to us.

Like it! I had the signature bowl ( suddenly forget what it's called ). The grass jelly was done perfect. It solf enough to melted in your mouth. First time try this kinda dessert, very refreshing and the name say it all..FRESH. I can taste the natural ingredients, not artificial flavors!
