The Worst, so there’s no door, they have a walk up and order system, the neighbor looks filthy, the food was microwaved because my bread is hard like it’s been sitting there im for hours, I’ll never go back. Absolutely Terrible. They deserve no Stars.

Friendly place, especially considering it's location. I had a young man with a face tattoo hold the door for me and my Stephanie. That's when you know what you learned in grade school was right, you can't judge a book by its cover. Clean public area, not so clean bathrooms. You have to be a paying customer to use the restroom, served quickly with a smile. Coffee and service was good enough to make up for the bathroom.

This McDonald’s has been the most disappointing meal ever. We order this on Uber eats and it took them 40-50 minutes to make the order and give it to our Uber eats person. Our Uber eats person said they completely ignored her and the order for a good 15 minutes until she finally ask the 4th time when the order gonna be ready. Everything was pretty much wrong with the order except the nuggets and fries. We didn’t get our two drinks, the McDoubles on our order came with onions when we put no onions for a very good reason (MILD ALLERGY IF EATEN WILL HAVE REACTIONS TOWARDS). The three mcChickens we ordered the non spicy and all of them came spicy and one came plain and dry they literally threw the burger in the wrapping, one came with mayo on the chicken on one side lazily thrown together and the last one came with CHEEESE, BACON AND MAYO. No where in our order said that. Don’t waste your time or money here. If I can give zero stars I would.

VERY ARROGANT ABUSIVE STAFF AND MANAGER. NEVER GO HERE. Their license should be barred. I gave pickup code and asked for my order with burgers at pickup window, a young Mexican guy from staff gave me 4 empty large cups and told me to hold. I said i dint order drinks. He said someone on other side ordered these empty cups you, hold it. I politely refused. He then rudely told it'll take 1 hour 50 mins to get my order with 2 burgers, stand there. I spoke to another staff member, who said "not his problem" and left. Tried talking to manager, he said I can't help you.

The homeless were lined up at the window and it took 15 minutes for one person to get a cup of coffee. I saw cars drive in and out of the drive-thru as I was waiting to get waited on. They would take one order at the walk-up window as seen in the picture go away for an extended period of time and not come back until that order was met. However, there were several cars that would go through the drive through line. It appears they are deliberately making it inconvenient for the people that walk up in the deliberate effort to have them go away. One homeless man said that he has spent thousands of dollars at McDonald's through his life and he can't believe that they're treating him this way. He said Ronald McDonald would be turning over his grave if he only knew. I agree with him. I hope the corporate office reads this, this location is not expounding on the corporate values. At least treat the homeless people with dignity and respect. What harm does it do to give him a glass of water if they ask for it? I had people tell me that they won't even do that during a hot day. Are the prophets that slim? Can the corporate office not work out a little for water? McDonald's has a responsibility to do far better.
