We went on a Sunday and with only two people working the restaurant was extremely busy however, the guy taking the orders was so professional. We could tell he was in the weeds but he remained calm, very polite, and the service was great. The cook in the back was also very helpful with running food and so kind and professional as well. This was Sunday July 27th at 1:15 PM. Kudos to these guys running the whole show. Food was fast, hot and delicious. And despite a busy and full restaurant, every table was cleaned and customers were tended to. Will 100% be back!!

I love McAlister but this location is my least favorite. It was also my first time there but I don't think I will be returning. The service there was below average, everyone looked like they did not want to be there, not friendly or attentive. I paid $15 for my drink and jalapeño crunch sandwich, I received more bread than anything. It had to pieces of potato chips and hardly any avocado. This location needs some improving.

1st time in the area and to the establishment. Googled good places to eat & McAlister’s were 1 of the top choices to show up. Looked at the website and I solely went there because the pictures of the food looked great. Arrived in mid day normal lunch rush hour expecting a long wait and was surprised to see the parking lot empty. Walked in and inside was empty besides the staff. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Because of the cleanliness, I was reassured to commit with staying and giving it a try. The guy at the counter taking orders (didn’t get his name) was very polite patient and friendly as we took our time looking over the menu to make an order. Placed order and the food was brought to us by the kind gentleman. Upon 1st look came the concern of “is this going to be good?” The food wasn’t too tasty. Nothing looked as advertised by the pictures. The guy came over a short time later and asked if everything was ok and I hesitated before saying,”it’s not what I was expecting it to be.” He asked if there’s anything he could do and I politely said,”no, other than a refill of the peach sweet tea” (which was good). Upon leaving I was taking the trash to the can and he stopped me saying I didn’t have to do that, to leave it at the table and he hopes to see us again in the future. I doubt I’d return since I’m not the area enough to give them a second try. Maybe it was just an off day. Everyone’s entitled to one.

Courteous staff, yummy food! Got the Chicken Ceasar wrap amd Reuben, both delicious! Non-food info: Samsung pay worked, the decor is open and very clean and neat looking, and I swear the door opened automatically when I was exiting. Called in orders can be picked up at the outside window from your car so you don't need to go indoors.

I have always loved McAlister’s and was super excited when I found out about this location. However, after very rude service when placing my to go order I get home to find this LETTUCE club ?! It’s almost funny but why was this necessary to make my sandwich this sloppy and put this much salad on my sandwich ??? I even took most of it off to show the ridiculousness. Sandwich was good though after I did some gardening.
