We went to this place many times but from now on, not any more. The waiting time became ***** excessive ***** , more >40 minutes for some “tequeños” and few “empanadas”, at the end 50 minutes. Today’s order was to be 10-15 minutes but became 50. Their waiting time have been increasing and increasing along the time….. In addition, they do not serve the food based on the sequence of the orders. Other people who order meats, received the food a lot quicker than our orders that were very simple, suppose to be no more than 15 minutes. It is not the first time happening. It have happened many times before and today again but wait time getting worst. The acting manager does not care. We went with a Local Chef, and does not recommend this place. Too messy ******** In the event that you consider going there, you should consider to wait at least 1 hour which cover their normal time. It may happen that they spend less time, but possible not.

Maxi Arepa is one of those places where you can truly taste the care they put into every detail. The quality of the food is outstanding — fresh ingredients, generous portions, and everything perfectly seasoned. The flavors are so authentic and consistent; every time I visit, the food tastes just as good as the first time (maybe even better!). The meats are juicy and well-cooked, the tostones perfectly crispy, and the cheese on top… just amazing. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of my favorite spots for true Venezuelan flavor that never disappoints!

I was really hungry today, hence the 3 star. Arepas were really a two star. People were friendly, that’s a five star but I won’t be coming back. 40 bucks for two arepas and cheese sticks that weren’t as good as the frozen food at Walmart. Looks pretty though.

Good place to eat Venezuelan food. The prices vary, but the food is very tasty. I think the service at the counter could be faster. Also, I asked for an extra sauce and they said no. I had already spent over $50, so I think giving one extra sauce wouldn’t hurt the business.

Amazing Venezuelan food! (I would add more cheese and pico to both the arepa and patacón. More cream for the cachapa too) However, this was an Amazing flavorful experience that deserves 5 stars!! See photos for total pricing
