I love the food here, but the servers are very rude and have no Customer service etiquette when I first came in and sit down. It took them at least five minutes to come to me. The restaurant was empty so there’s no need for the long wait and once the waitress came, her energy was just not pleasant. I ordered my food she asked would I be able to eat all of that none of her concern. Never came back to check on me. I had to ask her for a straw for my drink, and I never received it but when it came time for me to pay, she made sure she stood in front of me to see what type of tip I was going to give her I didn’t wanna be rude so I gave her a five dollar tip. I just believe if you’re in America and we’re coming to support Your business, you should not be rude to paying American customers to keep your business open. The waitress needs More warm, welcoming to the paying customers If you want a suggested tip of $11 and more….

Went as soon as they opened and the food came out fast and it was delicious! The owner gives the best service and explains everything very clearly. My favorite place!

Went there yesterday with my fiancé. The owner was so mean and rude. The suya had some sort of powder, and when I tried explaining it to the owner, the response I got was, “That’s how it comes. I can’t explain in detail.” He wouldn’t even apologize or listen he completely ignored my concern, and I ended up eating my fiancé’s food instead. The food came out cold and tasteless. Extremely poor customer service, and his attitude was just nasty. The prices are extremely high for no reason, and they really need to improve their hygiene. Will not go back!!!
