Margarita`s Fajitas

This is definitely the good taco spot. Went to this location for the first time today and did not disappoint. I had one carne asada mulita, one adobo and one chorizo with cheese taco. The meat was soft, tender and very flavorful. The guacamole and 3 different salsas were really good and fresh. The staff was helpful and very informative. It was moderately full yet my food didn't take too long to come out. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning again.

Update on 2/14/2026: Nice people & effective operation still, but I feel that their consomé got very much diluted this time 🥺 Horchata is great & creamy without ice this time 🙏🏻 The best adobada tacos EVER!! Even my pizza, burger, and pasta preferred son was wowed by the flavor of the adobada. Free chicharron - what a sweet & kind gesture! Great sauces. It would be even more amazing if they'd give more veggie on the side and if horchata was creamier. Nonetheless, this is my newest favorite place now. The girl at the front seemed very sweet, patient, and cheery. The ordering line could get very long, but we didn't have to wait long for anything. Great operation! The weather was also perfect sitting outside today (11/6/25). Need to go back for more adobada tacos 😍😍😍😍

I have a Hispanic partner and he wanted me to try the food here. I was a little skeptical, but when I walked in and saw them grilling on the spot, I knew my food would be good and fresh. I had a chorizo vampiro….(best chorizo I’ve had in life) asada mulita, a pollo taco and an order of churros. Hands down, best introduction to authentic cuisine here in Houston!

Was headed for Katy Asian Town and stopped by here for lunch. Got beef tacos, chicken tacos, charro beans and elote. Everything was very good and we also enjoyed the complimentary chicharron. Meat for tacos was seasoned and cooked well and tortillas (seemed homemade) were good too. Beans were good and elote was a little too spicy for my wife but we could've adjusted the spiciness before mixing it all up. Pleasant atmosphere and good service; they called my name out when my food was ready, I thought for me to pick up, but they saw where I was and brought my food to me. We were thinking about eating some Asian food in Katy but instead we found this place and glad we did. Would like to come here again!

This is by far one of the best tacos I’ve ever had, especially the asada tacos. I genuinely can’t eat tacos anywhere else anymore. They quite literally blew my mind. The flavor and quality raised the bar significantly. I would gladly pay double for food of this caliber, both in taste and portion size. Thank you for creating something this divine. It was truly an incredible experience. Kudos to the entire team for making it happen. I highly, highly recommend this spot.
