First time visit to Marco's Pepper Grill and I'm already trying to go back again. First off the presentation is on point and looks exactly like the pictures you see online. My friend ordered the Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya and I tried to negotiate a trade with him. He was not having it! I ordered the Etouffee Combo which comes with plenty of chicken, shrimp, crawfish and andouille sausage. He has a seamless ordering system for his Blodgett location which is where I went. Order online, when you arrive check in and they will text you when the order is ready if it isn't ready when you get there. We didn't order until we got there and he cooked it to order so we waited maybe 10 minutes. Both dishes were full of flavor and so delicious. If you think the pictures look good wait until you taste it. Did i mention the great customer service? Oh I just did!!

OH MY!!!!!!!!! I just tore into the crawfish and shrimp étouffée!!!!!! Why did I only order 1 bowl? I highly recommended anyone reading this. I can’t wait to go back and try the Rasta Pasta. And also the bread pudding. It’s also one of the cleanest food trucks I’ve seen. Gotta be brand new. See y’all here!!! Edit: I came BACK AGAIN!!!! And this time I ordered the Rasta Pasta. Daaaayum son!! Check out the seasoning on this chicken, the snap from the perfectly cooked shrimp. The pasta sauce is rich so get your tastebuds ready because this is not a game!!

Marco's food blew us away. We heard his place from his daughter, and added it to my "must try" list after seeing the pictures and reading the reviews. We had a day off from our jobs in Austin so we can bump around Houston for the day, and Marco's was our first stop. There were 3 of us and we each got something different so we could all try each others' dish. We got the chicken and shrimp etouffee, everything jambalaya, and rasta pasta with shrimp and chicken. We all lost our minds in the first bite. My boyfriend and I eat quite a bit of fine dining because we work as servers for a high-end private chef in Austin. We also cook a lot, and so we are usually disappointed by food when we go out to eat, because food is often under seasoned and over salted in our experiences. Our mouths died and went to heaven after eating Marco's food. It was perfectly seasoned with a solid amount of spices. Everything had a mild, well-integrated spiciness. All the flavors in each dish worked in harmony with each other. The rasta pasta was my favorite dish. It was some of the best penne pasta I've ever had. Perfectly cooked. His shrimp and chicken was perfectly cooked as well. The etouffee was incredible as well. It had a nice richness to the sauce that fills your belly with warmth. The jambalaya had a fantastic flavor. The rice tastes like if a Michelin-starred chef made Uncle Ben's rice better than Uncle Ben himself. All 4 proteins in the jambalaya (andouille sausage, chicken, shrimp, and crawfish) were cooked to perfection, which is difficult to do when all 4 of those meats have different cook times and temps. The bread pudding is AMAZING. It's large enough to share, and it's so delicious. All the dishes were large enough to make 2-3 meals out of each one. Be prepared to go with an empty stomach and leave with an aftertaste so good you don't even want to vape the flavor away (my friend's words). Please visit Marco's and support some of the most flavorful and amazing food we've ever had!

I wish I could give this place more stars. Everything was amazing. From the customer service, to the presentation and taste of the food. Marco’s Pepper Grill did not disappoint. We got the Shrimp & Sausage Jambalaya and the Rasta Pasta. I can’t wait to return and try some of their other food.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I am very hard to impress when it comes to food… I swear I should have been a food critic. This is by far the best Cajun I have tasted in my entire life (and I’m 40). LIFE! Their sampler plate and etoufee was amazing and full of flavor. They don’t skimp on portions…the chicken is cooked perfection with the breading as well. Their hush puppies are PERFECT. I don’t know how they haven’t been on one of those food TV shows. They were totally win. I’m so glad y’all came to our neighborhood. You gained a customer for as long as y’all are in business out here. God bless you and your business.
