First off if you have decided to move in do not do the 500 refundable deposit. They give you the 200 nonrefundable or 500 refundable. I chose 500 refundable option hoping that i would get my refund and i absolutely left my unit clean and spotless. And did a walk through with the manager and everything the week before my moveout. All she said was it would just be 150 charge for deodorizing and that was it. Later my refund they kept 200 for repainting and they also kept the rest for any remaining utilities and whatever was left i only got back $90. No matter what they will try to keep as much. Also they did not send my check to my new apt they sent it to my old address which i believe was on purpose so i would not get my money back. During the move in process they are nice and friendly but when u want to move out they act dumb and all of a sudden they suck at their job by making errors it is very annoying considering moving out is already alot to do. And they are always changing management so thats also annoying. Another thing is the gate does not work. You have to use an app to open it but sometimes it does not open which is annoying if i cant even go to my own apt because of their system. They whole time i lived there it was never fixed.

This place is very different from a regular apartment complex like all the ones that are around the area. It is basically one big building with a 4 floors to it, and like a big hole in the middle that has a pool and a barbecue area. The building is brand new and has been around for less than five years. It is located on a busy road with a lot of traffic, and many different stores and restaurants. There is an elevator to get to the different floors and stairs of course. You need a chip to open the doors that lead from the main lobby to the apartments, the Mail room and the fitness center. Carmen and Courtney were lovely.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Mill's service shocked me so deeply that I have to warn others. First, I loved the photos online and was also pleased by the reviews I could find. But I needed to move from San Antonio, so I decided to schedule an online tour first, which they claim to have on their official website. However, at the designated time, no one reached out to me so I called them myself. A woman who answered my call (Courtney, who they praise in these reviews so much - are these fake?) sounded very sleepy or lazy, like she wasn’t interested in leasing the unit at all. She said they don’t offer online video tours and in general wasn’t very welcoming. However, we are all people and I thought this could’ve been a substitute admin or something, and as I really needed an apartment and lo-ooved the photos, I booked a tour with an agent this time and drove 3.5 hours to the property. I had a few other apartment complexes in mind but this was number one in my list. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to assist me. I also couldn’t reach any members of the staff because there was no number left to call, nor another person available to assist. They didn't pick up the phones that were listed officially. And I would've understood if it was Saturday or Sunday, but it was Tuesday afternoon! I waited OVER AN HOUR in the lobby and no one showed up!!! As I BOOKED a guided tour in advance, I was very disappointed by that, having other appointments later that day. I expected at least to see their number so I could call and get assistance or reassurance that my tour was happening. While I waited, I walked around the building. The common areas looked nice, were clean and smelled great as well. I saw the mail room, the fitness room and public spaces, everything being very similar to the photos they have online. So I LEFT A NOTE at the front desk that said I had a tour scheduled with my mobile phone expecting a callback. No one ever called. When I dropped by on my way home a few hours later, Courtney at the front desk said she left for her lunch at that time despite I had reservation without any notice (they had my contact cell and email). She simply ignored my note as well. When I explained how frustrated I was coming and waiting one hour without a result, she didn’t even apologize for inconvenience. She was like "ah it's you, we talked over the phone a couple of days ago" like she saw that one classmate she hated. She then showed me the apartment, which I liked as well, but I was so shocked by this attitude, that I decided to move on with another company. Leaving two stars for their nice building, stylish design and new amenities. Staff treated me horribly and never followed up. This is unacceptable.

My tour at The Mill was amazing! Shawnece rolled out the red carpet. When I saw the resort style swimming pool, 24 hour fitness center, and package lockers I was sold. I can't wait to get back to my office to apply for my studio apartment with a pool view!

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at this complex. The amenities are top notch—everything from the fitness center to the pool is always clean and well-maintained. The service here is truly exceptional. There’s he staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. It’s also been a great place for my dog—there’s plenty of green space and a very pet-friendly community. A special thank you to Courtney for going above and beyond to make my move-in smooth and welcoming. She’s been incredibly helpful and kind every step of the way. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed home
