I love my new apartment ! My key was given to me and I couldn’t be more happier with the entire process ! I had to thank Maria Fuentes the housekeeper personally ! Great to know I will have a sweet lady like Maria around. I really couldn’t believe how sparkly clean the apartment is !! This company definitely needs her on the team! Thank you mills apartments for having such a great staff and providing great customer service.

First off if you have decided to move in do not do the 500 refundable deposit. They give you the 200 nonrefundable or 500 refundable. I chose 500 refundable option hoping that i would get my refund and i absolutely left my unit clean and spotless. And did a walk through with the manager and everything the week before my moveout. All she said was it would just be 150 charge for deodorizing and that was it. Later my refund they kept 200 for repainting and they also kept the rest for any remaining utilities and whatever was left i only got back $90. No matter what they will try to keep as much. Also they did not send my check to my new apt they sent it to my old address which i believe was on purpose so i would not get my money back. During the move in process they are nice and friendly but when u want to move out they act dumb and all of a sudden they suck at their job by making errors it is very annoying considering moving out is already alot to do. And they are always changing management so thats also annoying. Another thing is the gate does not work. You have to use an app to open it but sometimes it does not open which is annoying if i cant even go to my own apt because of their system. They whole time i lived there it was never fixed.

Living here at the Mills has been great and definitely convenient. Natalie has been very helpful since day 1. She helped made me feel very welcomed during the tour which definitely played a part in moving in. Anytime I walk into the office and she’s there, she always makes sure to have a smile and make it her duty to find a way to help with whatever I need. The elevators and gym and are two of my favorite add ons here. My studio apartment layout is perfect and definitely brings me peace. There are many shops, restaurants and quick access to I-45 which adds to the convenience I mentioned. I definitely look forward to continue my stay here at the mills.

This place is very different from a regular apartment complex like all the ones that are around the area. It is basically one big building with a 4 floors to it, and like a big hole in the middle that has a pool and a barbecue area. The building is brand new and has been around for less than five years. It is located on a busy road with a lot of traffic, and many different stores and restaurants. There is an elevator to get to the different floors and stairs of course. You need a chip to open the doors that lead from the main lobby to the apartments, the Mail room and the fitness center. Carmen and Courtney were lovely.

I've had a great experience living at this apartment! The entire community is always clean and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming — they’re always ready to help and go above and beyond to make residents feel valued. The amenities are a huge plus! Everything is kept in great condition and adds so much convenience and enjoyment to daily life. Communication from the office is clear and timely, whether it's about community updates or upcoming maintenance. Parking is easy and hassle-free, which I really appreciate. And any time I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve responded quickly and handled the issue with professionalism and a great attitude. Overall, I’m very happy here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and friendly place to live.
