This parking lot is a solid choice if you need a convenient spot in Houston. The location is easy to access, and there’s usually a decent amount of availability. The lot is well-lit at night, and I felt safe leaving my car here. The pricing is reasonable for the area, though it could be a bit more competitive. Payment is straightforward, but the process could be smoother with better signage or a more intuitive app. The lot is generally clean and well-maintained, but some spaces can feel a little tight, especially when the lot is busy. Overall, a reliable option with room for small improvements. I’d definitely park here again.

Worst experience. We parked at Reef Parking at 10:47am on Oct. 9 to attend the Art Fest. We paid at the kiosk and received a confirmation text with a receipt and QR code. When we were leaving the parking lot at approx 2:30 pm we went to the exit gate and used the QR scanner to read the code on our phone. We tried several times but the reader did not work. We then tried to use a credit card to pay a second time so we could get out; there were several cars behind us also trying to exit. The machine would not accept payment. At this point we pushed the call button and an attendant answered. As we tried to explain what happened she became very rude, kept asking questions that we had already answered, and threatened to hang up. She then put us on “hold” and after several minutes we realized she actually did hang up on us. There were now more cars behind us. We pushed the call button again and no one answered. We pushed a third time and a male attendant answered. We told him we couldn’t get out because the scanner wasn’t working. He was very nice, apologized for the inconvenience, and opened the gate. We sincerely appreciate the professional way in which he handled it, but the first woman does not need to be in customer service if that’s the way she treats customers.

Worst place to park. Got charged 3 times. 10 dollars each time. Called the company and lady was rude and wanted me to pay again after i told her i paid 3 times and she still wouldn't let me out and waited out there for 20 minutes until finally she opened the gate. Do not waste your money or time parking here.
