We went here today—lucky they were open on the first day of the year! At first, I wasn’t sure because the prices were so low. Then I tried their costilla soup with rice and fried cheese, and it was outstanding. The flavor was great, and the quality was excellent for the price. Honestly, they should raise their prices because the food was very good and the customer service was amazing. I will definitely be coming back. I really hope they keep up the good work—consistency is key. I’ll come back and update this review.

Mama Rosa Kitchen is amazing! The tequeños with the green sauce are the perfect way to start. The Pernil Patacones are out of this world. Excellent, friendly customer service and the food really does taste homemade.

I tried this place on a whim because I was bored with the food in Katy and IM SO HAPPY I DID! Genuinely some of the most flavorful food I’ve had in a long time if I could give this place 10 stars I would! Absolutely amazing!

The teqeños were delicious as well as the siracha sauce they give you with it! My wife didn’t see anything she wanted and they made her something special and she absolutely loved it. My wife is from Caracas and she felt like she was back home. Great food awesome people !

Super tasty spot! The tequeños are crispy and cheesy, and the hot dog is full of flavor. The attention and service are always warm and quick — they make you feel right at home. Definitely one of my favorite food trucks.
