Main Event

I took the girls to Main Event for some old-school arcade fun, and the games did not disappoint. Tons of options, great energy, and the girls were fully entertained. Watching them compete and celebrate wins was honestly half the fun. The food was solid for an arcade spot. The pepperoni flatbread came out hot and cheesy, the wings and fries were exactly what you expect—no complaints there. The downside? The bar service. It was extremely slow, and the place wasn’t even busy. Waiting that long for basic food and drinks made zero sense and definitely took away from the experience. Overall, Main Event is a win for games and kid-friendly fun, but the bar needs to pick up the pace. I’d come back for the arcade—but I’m managing my expectations when it comes to food and drinks. 🎮🍕

We visited Main Event, and right when you walk in there are self-service kiosks to help you get started. They have about 11 kiosks up front, with a few more spread throughout the venue. You choose your options, add everything to your cart, and check out directly at the kiosk, which is convenient. As expected, it was very busy. We were planning to get food, but the dining area was completely full, so we decided not to. That said, the games are fun, and the kids always have a great time here.

We have been to other Main Events and had fun but this one was different. The atmosphere was fun. The games were more current. Our kids had a blast. Oh, the cotton candy machine was amazing too!

I just left this place and I am extremely disappointed. Clarice, one of the girls at the bar, was incredibly rude and arrogant. My husband and I asked for refills multiple times and she blatantly ignored us every single time. I didn’t want to argue or make a scene, so I simply asked for a to-go box and left. I understand people get tired, but if she’s that exhausted or just doesn’t want to do her job, she should NOT be working in customer service. Her attitude completely ruined our experience. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ate and played with my family at Main Event Tomball on NYE yesterday. What an experience! The restaurant service was fast and food was so good! Our server Blake did a wonderful job. If you go- ask for him! The manager Dante was so helpful anytime a machine wasn’t working properly. The staff was handing out NYE hats for all the kids- how fun! Highly recommend this location if you want to have a fun time with your family!
