I ordered a caramel Frappuccino, an Oreo Frappuccino, and a milk tea Boba. Unfortunately, I didn’t like any of them. To make matters worse, their policies don’t even allow for exchanges, not even for a single drink. So I kept buying one drink after the other.

Went by today, the lady that took my order asked if I wanted whip cream, I responded NO. I get to the window, a guy who seemed annoyed hands me both drinks with whip cream. I tell him that I didn’t ask for it, he gets angry, dumps a 1/4 of my drink out and hands me back the drinks 1/4 empty. If you’re unhappy doing what you do, perhaps you should see other options.

Order the chicken banh mi sandwich and it was great. I added egg and avocado to my sandwich. I also ordered the F9 tea w/mango jelly. It didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend you give them a try.

They still have a great product and the workers are great ! Invest in your store by getting more worked for customer service ….Waited 15-20mins for a few lattes …. I hope to see you open in 2-3 years … all businesses in the BELLAIRE have a great and speedy service , unfortunately MAGIC CUP…lost its magic. ( excuse my grammar , English in my second language )

First time, and will definitely be back. If you're looking for a Boba spot, come check out Magic Cup! Due to my Spanish roots, I had to know what the Cha-Watermelon was about. Details: CHA SIGNATURES Our signature tastes of South-of-the-border chili, chamoy, and tamarind candy with fresh fruit. CHA-WATERMELON Spicy watermelon smoothie topped with watermelon fruit bits and candy straw It didn’t disappoint! The only bad that I can say, is parking is a B! Lol. This place is busy! I can’t say anything else about it other than good things. Very clean inside! The employees were friendly to help educated me on choices and selections catered to my flavor preferences. Plenty of seating, inside and out. I can’t wait to go back and try some more flavor combinations.
