The drinks are extremely off. Heavy syrup and artificial flavor. the house blend coffee went south and now their popcorn chicken is in the same ship. The overall quality of drinks and food here is down bad. Old oil leaves a very distinctive taste. The owner/manager needs to get back to hands on operations or retrain. Year after year the quality just keeps going down!

I just went through the drive-thru and was told they are only taking cash. So I ordered through DoorDash and I am in your dining area seeing the cashier taking orders while people are paying with their cards. I guess his friends have priority over the drive-thru. Yet, the food and drinks are great and this has been my go to for a quick bite for quite a while!

Went by today, the lady that took my order asked if I wanted whip cream, I responded NO. I get to the window, a guy who seemed annoyed hands me both drinks with whip cream. I tell him that I didn’t ask for it, he gets angry, dumps a 1/4 of my drink out and hands me back the drinks 1/4 empty. If you’re unhappy doing what you do, perhaps you should see other options.

I ordered a caramel Frappuccino, an Oreo Frappuccino, and a milk tea Boba. Unfortunately, I didn’t like any of them. To make matters worse, their policies don’t even allow for exchanges, not even for a single drink. So I kept buying one drink after the other.

Since Mr. Wish in chinatown recently closed down, i’m looking for a spot which can reach the quality and freshness standards for fruit teas. Magic Cup was a positive surprise! The tea is flavorful and all of their fruits are fresh. They also add fresh fruit bits into the drinks. Delicious - I will def come back and possibly establish as my go-to spot in H-Town for fruit teas
