Quick review: amazingly good Mac with various options already made. Perfect balance of cheese and pasta and toppings. Flavor is everything your inner child would demand. Absolutely worth going Long Review: Venue is beautiful. The restaurant is located on second floor of a beautiful grounds building. The Mac and cheese is fabulously done. Perfectly cooked firm noodles and the right amount of gooey delicious cheese make the base of the food perfect. I had the option that added 14 hour smoked brisket on top which just made a good thing better. The bowl initially looked smaller to me but I quickly lost to it's depth and found myself absolutely full by the end. Costs are from 12-16 area and completely worth every bite of it. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made a great service with amazing food experience. Will definitely be returning as there is more to try than I could in one visit.

I’m here for the opening of Railways Heights and decided to try the Mac and cheese from Mac and Twist, they have 8 bowls so far and 2 types of bites. You can choose from brisket, tacos al pastor, the Philly cheesesteak also the veggie one to please all! Very big portions, gooey cheesy pasta with very generous toppings. Come here and try them all!!!! Definitely coming back!!! You can find them at the end on the right side of second floor

Seriously great mac and cheese! “The Smokey” was my fave and will fill both your childhood Mac and cheese cravings as well as your grown up bbq brisket desires! Each mac bowl is made fresh to order! The mac was so flavorful and overflowing with tons of cheese and heaping amounts of brisket! They have so many great mac combos to try, including the “Mascala” which is a fusion of Indian food (chicken tikka) and mac and cheese! I am coming back to try this one next.

The staff was friendly with smiles and the menu has many options for Mac and cheese lovers. We got the brisket Mac and cheese which was good but in my opinion it would had been better with melted cheese and if it came in a combo with a drink due to the price.

What a gem. I had the pleasant surprise of tasting “the Jefferson” which is their take on traditional mac and cheese and “the Porky” which is mixed and then topped with pulled pork and crispy onions (My son ate those on his way to the table) so didn’t make them to the photo, but I trust him on being delicious. The portion is good for 1-2 folks, we were 2 adults and one kid and devoured both of them. I’m looking forward to return for some of the other bowls, while enjoying the great weather and some refreshments :-)
