Food is amazing here. It’s way better than Olive Garden I’ll tell you that. I will recommend to anyone looking for a nice Italian spot. I had the Cajun fettuccine alfresco pasta so good! I Understand this place is like a little hole in the wall, but it’s cute and the service is good and the food is great. The people who are leaving negative reviews are probably expecting a 5 star restaurant experience. Please don’t. This place is good if you aren’t expecting that VIP service. It’s decent and I really don’t have anything negative to say. Please give them a chance.

Our server was nice but did not do a good job. Once we got our food, she never checked back to see how our food was. When we were done, Shaw picked up our plate and again never asked how our food was. It was bad. I had the chicken parmigiana and it had no flavor, it was tough and chewy, and super thin. There was excessive water under the spaghetti which also had no flavor.

Was pleasantly surprised. I read the reviews. The place has been there awhile. They were not busy at all when we went on a Saturday at lunch time. Almost did not go in. The wife and I had the escargot to start, she had the chicken picata , I had the chicken carbonarra both were very good. Other than being the only ones there, one person came thru and got some pre ordered pizzas.. will come back again sometime

Luigi’s – Jones Road, Houston Very disappointing experience, especially since this was meant to be a birthday celebration. The service was slow and poorly managed, despite the restaurant being far from busy, which makes the situation even more unacceptable. Appetizers were served before the guest of honor arrived, ruining the moment and showing a lack of attention to the occasion. I had asked in advance whether proper Italian espresso was available and was told yes. Once at the table, we were told they could not serve espresso due to a “lack of water.” Even more surprising, they did not have bottled still water available. These are basic expectations for a restaurant presenting itself as Italian. On top of that, when the bill arrived, we were charged a per-person “celebration table” fee in addition to the standard tip, without this being clearly disclosed in advance. This felt unfair and not transparent. I would not recommend this restaurant for celebrations or special occasions. ⸻ ⭐ Voto: 2 stelle

Out trying new places in the neighborhood and this is a MUST for Italian food! The place is very clean and well kept, the people were very friendly, waitress was super attentive, and everyone had smiles the whole time. Our food came out hot and fresh with sooooo much flavor! We will be back to try more from the menu! Today I got the Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, my son got the Kid's Spaghetti with Meatball, and my mom got the Classic Lasagna. All of it was very delicious and the portions were pretty big! Highly recommend and my mom wanted to add that it would be a great place for a date!
