Louisiana Fried Chicken and Seafood

I called in to place a bulk order, the guy on the phone was very rude. Didn't want to take the order and said I am busy call later. I would just customer service goes a long way, they might gain some short term business but being courteous is very important for a business to run. I am glad I am placing my order to the other branch

I love this place. I wish the sauce came with every order though but besides that absolutely no complaints from me! Amazing prices and wonderful service and hospitality God bless you.

Everyday closing early by 9:30 came 2 times around 9:35 pm.. Chaos every time I go there.. food is good cause of the franchise but service is horrible. Always mixing orders. Specially the front guy he have no idea what to do and how to treat customer with respect l.. he is very Rude and he needs to be fired please…

The fish and chicken had the perfect texture and fried just right and it was well done! Although, I prefer more seasoning, I still think it had the perfect amount…. The red beans and rice is the reason I gave the food 3 stars. Idk what was going on with red beans and rice but it was definitely subpar. The mango slushie was delicious. Although I used the drive thru, the customer service was excellent. It was my first time ordering from here. I will eat from here again.

Called restaurant trying to place order on 10/24/25 evening. The “gentleman” that answered was VERY RUDE. This is the location closer to my neighborhood. I wanted a chicken only special that I had gotten in the Beechnut location. When I mentioned it he plainly told me to “go get it from them” since he was not willing to match price. Very rude person. I rather drive extra 3 miles to go to the Beechnut location where I get good prices, freshly made chicken and exceptional customer service. Do not go to FM1464 location where staff is extremely rude.
