My family and I spent a few days in Houston to bring in the new year. We visited this food truck park because TikTok reviews hyped it up. The atmosphere was great but the food that we tried was disappointing. We each tried something different from a truck of our choosing and 2 out of 4 of our choices were good & reasonably priced. My daughter's loaded fries from the Cajon/Louisiana Inspired food truck was really good (spent about $30 for the fries). We also tried 4 different custom lemonades and they were okay (can't remember the cost of the drinks). My son's Wingettes were really good and they came with fries (about $17 I believe). My husband's cheesesteak from the truck from "Philly" was a no for us (about $18). I ordered a Fried Catfish (w/honey hot sauce) platter w/Mac and Cheese and Greens ($37+) & it was actually cat fish strips not filets but the fish was good, the sides were not. The Mac and cheese was missing cheese, noodles were all falling apart, nothing to adhere to and the greens tasted like there was just cooked in water and a spicy additive like Tabasco Sauce, really that's it. Definitely over priced, under portioned, and over-rated! All service was good, friendly, and professional. Try it for yourselves!

I had starrz lemonadez & brunch. I got the chicken & waffles. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. The waffles were fluffy, tasty, and paired perfectly with the chicken—especially with the syrup tying everything together. Every bite hit that sweet-and-savory balance you hope for. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh and hot, and the overall vibe made it even better. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to when I’m craving real comfort food done right. 🧇🍗✨ I also got me a funnel cake to finish my meal off. The funnel cake was absolutely amazing—light, crispy, and perfectly golden with just the right amount of softness inside. It wasn’t greasy at all, and the powdered sugar was sprinkled generously, melting into every bite. Fresh, hot, and made just right, it tasted like pure comfort and nostalgia. Definitely one of the best funnel cakes I’ve had and a must-try if you’re in the mood for a classic sweet treat.

STARRZ LEMONADEZ & BRUNCH is really that spot in the food truck lot! 🔥🍋 The prices are good, the portions are solid, and the brunch? So flavorful and filling it does not disappoint. But let’s talk about that lemonade for real… it’s SO good. Fresh, cold, and they have different flavors to choose from, so it’s not just your regular lemonade. Whether you’re in the mood for something fruity or something sweet with a twist, they got you. It honestly sets the whole meal off. If you haven’t pulled up yet, you’re missing out. Go grab you a plate and a lemonade — thank me later. 💛

I originally came to town for DreamCon, but while I was here, I kept hearing great things about this food park and it definitely lived up to the hype. On my first visit, I tried Hibachi Bros and ordered the Chicken Hibachi with yum yum sauce. The flavor was incredible, and they were generous with the portions, especially the chicken. During my second visit, I stopped by Big Poppas and ordered The Jesus Philly. It was packed with meat and cooked perfectly—every bite was satisfying. In the back of the park, there’s a dessert truck called Amore Sweets, and wow… their treats are out of this world. The banana pudding? Absolutely to die for! What really stood out the most, though, was the hospitality. Every single food truck worker I interacted with went above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming experience. You can tell it’s a great group of people running the show here. I’ll definitely be back for Day 3. Thank you all for making my visit such a memorable one!
