Clean place with very fast service. I had the Beef Gordita and my wife had the Valdez Tacos. The food overall was above average and enjoyable, but there are a couple of areas for improvement: The beef selections could be more refined and richer in flavor. The barbacoa, for example, was a bit on the dry side. The gordita was served more like two stacked tortillas, which made it messy and hard to eat. An enclosed masa shell would have worked much better. Still, the experience was pleasant, and with a few tweaks, the food could really stand out.

This place hit the spot, I had the pastor tacos. The tacos and the beans were delicious. I like that they put the white crumble cheese on top. Plus I knew it was going to be good when I sat down and they had rice in the salt shakers, that’s always a good indication. lol

I tried Los Valdez in the House and absolutely loved it. The corn in a cup was full of flavor, and the beef fajita torta was fresh, hearty, and so delicious. Everything tasted well made and satisfying. I would highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance, and I can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu.
