Little V Vietnamese Bistro

I enjoyed a fantastic pho at Little V. I ordered the Little V Pho lunch special, which included a spring roll and a crème brûlée on a spoon for dessert. The crème brûlée was not listed on the lunch special menu. The restaurant just provided this dessert as a goodwill gesture, and I appreciate it. The presentation of the noodle soup and vegetable garnish gave it an upscale restaurant vibe. The pho broth is poured from a thermos into the soup bowl at the table. The pho broth was flavorful and tasty. All the ingredients—the rare steak, well-cooked brisket, and vegetable garnish—were of excellent quality. I'm looking forward to returning to try more dishes.

Wow what a gem of a place! No wait, greeted with a smile and quick service. I ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and the vermicelli shaken beef. A free spring roll came out first (so good and fresh). The Vietnamese iced coffee was made at the table with a slow drip. The shaken beef arrived and I instantly knew I won by coming here. It was absolutely delicious! I couldn’t finish the huge lunch portion, but I tried! My coffee is ready to put on ice at the perfect time. I take one sip and recognize that it is probably the best Viet coffee I’ve had in the Houston area, and that’s saying something! I’m ready to pay the check and they bring out a complimentary desert which seems to be a toasted marshmallow, burnt brown sugar treat on a spoon (tasty like a smores almost). Everything was perfect and I’m definitely coming back here again and again.

I love this restaurant. The staff is amazing and very helpful. It's very clean and I'm glad to see they always have diners eating there. I've had everything on the menu, except for the tofu dishes, and everything is amazing. I highly recommend the pork banh mi sandwich (truffle fries), the chicken curry and their fried rice. Their pho is fantastic and the spring rolls with the peanut sauce is a must order. I really can't recommend this place enough. Try this place out and thank me later.

For my birthday, I visited this restaurant with my kids and once again they exceeded my expectations. Our server was very attentive and the food was prepared quickly and was fresh. My personal favorite dish was the vermicelli shaking beef, and the spring rolls were also very delicious. I also appreciated the free dessert spoon they gave us at the end. I highly recommend this place and hope they continue to maintain their high standards.

This has been our go-to restaurant for Pho delivery, and we've never been disappointed with the quality, taste, and quantity of their food, so we decided to 'drop-in' for dinner instead of going the delivery route. The restaurant was CLEAN, quiet, and very welcoming when we arrived. Our table was spotless, and our server anticipated our needs before and throughout the meal. He asked if we knew how to use chopsticks, and a younger member of our party didn't, so he brought over a little, flexible clip to put the chopsticks, which helped guide their use and train the user on how to hold them. Brilliant! The portions were very generous and delicious! Our servers' attention, the great food, and family made this a very enjoyable experience. We will continue to support Little V.
