I enjoy Little Ceasars pizza, and the pizza, especially when it just comes out of the oven. It seems that this particular location, at Kress, could use a little understanding, that timing is a major issue here. Many times, it does seem, that all day is literally a rush hour, which means pizza is in demand, and that is great. I can't totally fault the manager here, but must hold them accountable, because I have come here many times, when I did, the service was extremely slow, because they were at some cash register, along with another employee, taking their time, critically analyzing something, while many people filled up the small waiting area, and did nothing to relieve the frustrating customers. They also do not carry the small cheese packs, that other pizza stores carry. If you order a hot and ready pizza, it looks more like a hot and very dry, and old pizza, slightly edge-burned, due to bring held in the hot box for an extended period of time. Maybe there is not enough water, in the upper water bin, to circulate the moisture, or maybe there is no water at all, for this process ! When I used to work for Godfathers Pizza, back in 1986, we had to stay on our toes, and when I left, it was due to poor management. Not long after that, my senses were confirmed, that they went out of business because of poor management. This may not happened, because this specific Little Ceasars location, is at a high traffic spot, in Denver Harbor. UPDATE: Tonight at 1:00 a pizza and it was 10:20ish pm,. I paid for my pizza but then the little Mexicana that worked there tonight and running the cash register, try to give me a hot and ready which was very dry which I did not want I wanted a fresh pizza. Immediately, this employee who was running the cash register, copped a very negative attitude towards me. She deliberately made me wait 30 minutes at least and told me so, to bring me my pizza which I paid for. When I asked her, her name, she refused to give me her name. I kept asking her name after she brought me my pizza and she refused yet she asked me what my name was and I told her my name. I told her I was going to complain and she did not care. I do not receive napkins and had to ask her over to please give me napkins and she was very negative about giving me napkins. I can't say I feel that they spit on my pizza, and I hope they didn't because if I get sick I will sue Little Caesars. When I used to work for the food service industry in the 1980s, we were clearly trained in understood, customer service was number one. Every customer must be aware of this very issue because of the negative service that you will receive coming from this particular store and I implore H&R from Little Caesars to look into this. There is no excuse for this negative attitude towards the customer even when it comes time close to closing the store. On the receipt, her initials are E.G. I cannot refrain from posting this. I immediately hope upper management, or H&R for that matter, will immediately terminate this young lady, until she learns that the customer is someone you do not frustrate, disrespect, or have a totally negative attitude which is the environment of this particular store!

The manager during the day yesterday needed help badly. Right when they open it was a line of people and she couldn't handle her job very well. This isn't the 1st time I went there and they had too many customers standing in line. They never have enough pizza ready like the manager doesn't know what time is rush hour for them. Hello it's lunch time maybe someone needs to tell them during lunch and dinner be ready.

This is how I was identified as a customer! Very unprofessional and it offended me because everyone else was called by a name and I was called by this. I have sent a message up to cooperate and will be contacting them Monday. Smh

This establishment is not like other Caesars. From delivery to pick up, there’s always an issue. One delivery I paid for three pizzas, was missing one. Had to go in to pick up….store was crowded because of issues with customers orders. My pizza was sold, like really. Had to wait an hour for another. Like I said issues. Next two times paid for my orders online. Same problem both times, my pizzas were sold. Now how is that possible. Plus the portal never showed my name and other customers came, their codes didn’t work. Not anymore.

This is s horrible place to visit. The young black lady who is answering the phone today February 23, 2026 is absolutely rude in person as she is on the phone. I called to speak to the manager and she rudely hung up on my face after she stated “this is not the number to the owner” click. My call was made because I came in yhere to purchase food for some homeless people, during my conversation with them I learned that the “owner”/manager had told homeless people that he rather destroy left over food than knowing someone will eat it after they discard it. Homeless people say him and his crew manually destroy food before putting it in the trash, HOMELESS PEOPLE DO DIG THROUGH TRASH CANS AS THEIR ONLY SOURCE OF FOOD. although i would never eat little Caesars garbage food, I feel as though its cruel to go beyond in order to stop poor people from eating their trashed food.
