Level'z Up Wings N More

We have been eating here probably 15 years. The last couple of times the tenders are tough and taste weird. Like metal or freezer burn. What kind of chicken tender is so tough you can't cut it with a fork? It doesn't look like good chicken. It doesn't taste the same. This is the third time in a row this has happened. The texture is all weird and gross. I love this place but the price on tenders went up between this month and last month, and the quality went down. Won't be back. Sad because the atmosphere and staff are usually great.

Shrimp and tenders were ok, not really seasoned, edible though. However what brought me here was the mac n cheese. It's BOXED mac n cheese for kids, this should not be a side. Picture attached.

As soon as you arrive at the restaurant they welcome you very well and accommodate you at the table the waiters and the entire staff are very friendly. My daughter and I ordered a french fries with chili & cheese and bbq wings, lemon pepper and golden hot that are delicious. I'll definitely be back with my family soon.

This place is a rip off. The little chicklets were so small and then to top it off, they precook them I think became they have they reheat texture. The fries were bits and pieces. This place use to be so good. I don’t know what happen. I won’t be back sadly and I really liked this place.

I had a problem with the staff today, May 31st. I went in with my family to have lunch, and I had a very bad experience with the personnel; they refused to serve us. When I asked about the service, a young woman at the entrance told me that we wouldn't be served because no one had seated us, and that she wasn't my waitress. I was absolutely furious upon entering due to the abysmal service. Not a single waitress approached us to ask if we wanted anything. I feel truly sorry, given how delicious the food is there, but I will never set foot in this place again. I hope other people see this review. Thank you.
