Had the pleasure of dining in at Leo’s for their whiskey tasting dinner. Huge shout out to the Chef as the dishes were phenomenal! Each dish paired well with our whiskey tasting. Who can complain with a 22oz ribeye! The whole experience was intimate and very educational. Our server Manny was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back to try out their menu in the near future!

We visited Leo’s River Oaks on Friday night, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the piano bar singer created such an amazing atmosphere for the evening. What truly made the night special was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The managers took time to speak with us about the history of the restaurant, which added such a personal touch to the experience. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A very special mention goes to our waiter, Manny. He was kind, attentive, and truly professional. He paid attention to every detail and made us feel completely valued and taken care of throughout the evening. Service like his is rare and unforgettable. Leo’s River Oaks delivers not only outstanding food and entertainment, but also genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back!

"An Elegant Evening Birthday Celebration at Leo's" 02-28-26 WARNING: Leo’s is for the elegant, the stylish, the grown and sexy, and the poised. This luxurious establishment speaks volumes about high-quality service, grace, and class. With all due respect, leave the Nurse Ratched and Rasputia energy at home, because this is simply not the place for it. I came here to celebrate my daughter-in-law’s 23rd birthday with my oldest son and daughter, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hostesses were warm and welcoming, and we were seated right away with our reservation. Our server, Ryan, was excellent, professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The dining room was immaculate, beautifully set, and the live piano entertainment created a relaxing and upscale ambiance. The food was absolutely delicious. Our table enjoyed the crab cake, whipped feta ricotta, bread and butter, Ora King salmon, grilled octopus, scallops, lobster bisque, and mac and cheese. Everything was flavorful and well prepared, especially the salmon, scallops, bisque, and mac and cheese. The River Oaks Margarita with Tajín and the Irredeemably Basic Lemon Drop were also both excellent. What really stood out was the combination of high-quality cuisine, outstanding service, and overall elegance. Angie the manager even stopped by our table to check on us, which added such a nice personal touch. Yes, it is pricey, but it is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Leo’s for date nights, celebrations, business dinners, or a sophisticated evening out. There is also free parking across the street, plus valet if you prefer. Food Ratings: Appetizer: Crab Cake - 5/5 Appetizer: Whipped Feta Ricotta - 4/5 Appetizer: Bread and Butter - 5/5 Entrée: Ora King Salmon - 5/5 Seared to perfection with crispy skin, resting neatly on a bed of spinach in a lemony citrus herb sauce that gave the spinach rich flavor. Entrée: Grilled Octopus - 4/5 A little dry for my taste, and it could have used a dipping sauce. It may have been slightly overcooked because it was a bit chewy. However, it had a nice spicy kick to it, which was pleasing. Entrée: Scallops - 5/5 Cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Entrée: Lobster Bisque - 5/5 Rich and flavorful. Side: Mac and Cheese - 5/5 Gloriously cheesy, delicious, and piping hot. Dessert: Carrot Cake - 5/5 sinfully and wickedly delicious River Oaks Margarita with Tajín - 5/5 Very tasty. Irredeemably Basic Lemon Drop - 5/5 Delicious.

I could not be more pleased with everything about this dinner. The service was amazing, thank you Summer! The food was delicious and unique. We enjoyed the spice on the octopus, the amazing flavor and chop of the tartar, and the roe on the sea bass along with the arugula as fantastic. And, the steaks they are known for do not disappoint…cooked perfectly to temp and seasoned well.

Wonderful experience at Leo's. They have the most talented chef, good portions, and quality food. Service was excellent from the hostess to the waiter- Manny- thankyou for an awesome experience. Cant wait to come back.
