This spot has such a lively yet cozy vibe that instantly makes you feel welcome. The sandwiches and coffees were delicious! We tried the #19 sandwich, and it was amazing with a perfect little kick. I’m definitely bringing my family back here next time.

I stopped by Lee’s Sandwiches to try their new Biscoff Vietnamese coffee, and it did not disappoint! The Biscoff foam is rich, creamy, and pairs perfectly with the bold Vietnamese coffee. It gives a nice twist to the classic cà phê sữa đá without overpowering it. I went in the early morning, and the drive-thru service was quick and efficient, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely come back for this drink again—it’s the perfect combo for anyone who loves Biscoff and Vietnamese iced coffee. Also, I love that they open so early! I can grab a cafe sua da and not worry that I will be late for work!

Been going to Lee’s Coffee— Cà Phê Sữa Đá: 10/10. Creamy, sweet, but still strong enough to wake you up.It is also paired nicely with their freshly baked bread 🥖 Biscoff coffee: basically the same drink with a little cookie crumble and some whip. No cookie on top, no real cookie butter—just a light hint of Biscoff. If you’re new and coming just for the Biscoff coffee and think it’s amazing…it’s literally the same as the OG (it’s just trending)You’re better off getting the original—it tastes better and isn’t overpriced for barely any difference.

It was honestly super dirty in there trash all over the dining area floor. it smelled of fresh bread being baked though. The food was fresh & iced Vietnamese coffee was delicious. The Italian soda was yummy & flavorful, very sweet tho, we tried the passion fruit. The egg rolls were good but small pork&shrimp. got a half gallon of the coffee concentrate for $25

This place is awesome! I love the overall atmosphere, friendliness, cleanliness, and the fast service. I also enjoyed watching the gentleman outside playing their traditional Chinese chess. I chit chatted with a few of the gentleman and they were very pleasant. I was very happy to be in a different environment. The staff and people are welcoming to all ethnic groups. I am glad that I said yes to a new adventure today. I will definitely come back and explore. The coffee is on point and way better than Starbucks. This place is selling real coffee and not a brand. I recommend the coconut coffee ( iced). Everything is affordable and it will not brake the bank.
