Great locally owned bar & grill! My family and I love having lunch here. There’s always seems to be some new and tasty to try in the menu! Today I tried the egg roll of the month (piggy Mac) and it was so yummy! I also had the weekly special (buffalo po’boy). My husband gets the club sandwich every time and he just loves it! Wait stag is always kind and attentive. Extra perks if you like to watch sports and drink adult beverages.

Wait--What? $29.00 for a plate of appetizer nachos! Went there last night, and their menu advertised loaded nachos $10.50 add meat $6.50. We got combination meat and chicken, so total for appetizer nachos should be $16.00. OK fine.. The bill came and we about fell out of the chair- Nachos $10.50 Chicken breast $6.95 Rib-eye steak $10.95 Total for nacho appetizer $29.00 Little did I know I was paying for (cold overcooked) ribeye steak which I would have never ordered, especially for nachos. The waitress did not say anything about the upcharge, that oversight right there will make me never return—if your customer is that shocked when the bill comes something is very wrong. Asked for manager, of course she couldn't find him... Utterly ridiculous, if I want true nachos, I will go down the street to Rudy's Mexican and order a whole fajita dinner with a great margarita and wonderful service. We also got a club sandwich for $15, the size of a kids Wonder bread sandwich cut into triangles (8 bites total), and over fried chips, not worth it, tasted like any other sandwich.. 2 beers each--$38 for beer Sadly, we used to come here all the time under Jess (previous ownership) and they were fantastic, service was great, food was great (no surprises) and you left happy to return. I get why people don’t eat out, tired of paying almost $100 for 2 of us to eat a sandwich and a nacho plate and a few beers at a local neighborhood bar, plus the waitress not disclosing upcharges at the time of ordering. You want to leave a restaurant with a feeling of good food for a fair value, good experience and wanting to return. This was not it. We won't return and we live in the neighborhood around the corner.. At least the beer was cold!

We usually love the food but this time it was sub par. The food quality has definitely slipped. Sorry to say. I was hoping the change in ownership wouldn't affect the food, but it appears that it has. We had a burger with fries, a garden salad and loaded potato skins. The salad was good! The potato skins were not great and we get those each time, they tasted old and the wife only ate 1 and a half out of her plate. My hamburger? 🤦 The meat tasted old, like it was on the cusp of needing to be thrown out. I usually love the burgers, but I was only able to stomach about 3 bites before I had to stop. Something was off. My wife begged me not to say anything at the restaurant. But y'all need to know! We spent around $60 for lunch. But only the salad was eatible. Sorry to deliver such difficult news. Please, please, please, fix this!!! 🙏

This place fully lives up to the other reviews talking about the staff and how friendly and customer service oriented they are. I was there on 10/8 to meet a friend to watch hockey. When I walked in there weren't any hockey games on but once my friend showed up, we asked and the staff didn't hesitate to put the game we wanted to see on one of the TVs and then helped us move our stuff to a different table so we could see better. The singo was fun too and the host is hilarious. The servers were super friendly and helpful. The food was way better than what's normally available in a bar. Not only we will be back, we'll be bringing the rest of our fantasy hockey league with us. I live in the NASA area and my friend lives in College Station and we both wouldn't hesitate to make that trip again and again because of how nicely we were treated and the fun vibe. Thank you, owners and staff. Y'all are doing a 12/10 job.

This used to be a great place but it changed. The atmosphere is great but the service is horrible. Today we went for a couple drinks. There were only 3 tables and 5 people at the bar. It took 20 minutes to make one drink and they forgot the other drink. Took another 15 minutes to make that drink. I wanted another drink and had to go to the bar to order it because of waitress was in her phone. By this time we were the only table in the place. Then I had to go back to the bar to ask for my check. The owner was there but didn’t seem to notice there problem. I’ve been there several times since the new ownership but this was the last time. There are plenty of places willing to accept my money and provide marginally better service.
