I lived at Camden for two years, and it has truly been an amazing place to call home. The staff is very friendly, maintenance is quick and efficient, and the team does a great job keeping the building clean. Special shoutout to Bouba, one of the best concierge, and Adrian, who helped with my move-in and move-out process to make it as stress free as possible. I’m only leaving because I’m relocating, otherwise I would have happily stayed longer. I’ve always felt very safe here and genuinely don’t have many complaints. I highly recommend this building to anyone considering it!

This building is amazing! I love living here. The maintenance staff are incredible and respond promptly! Shout out to Fernando Armendariz for his prompt response to my maintenance request and excellent work. The front desk is incredibly kind and supportive, they keep great track of my packages and always greet me when I come home. Our leasing agents are very supportive and helpful when it comes to community assistance and more. And our security is excellent and very responsive! I feel safe and supported living here, our community is friendly, and all of the staff are exceptionally welcoming, even the painters when I see them in the halls! Everyone does their job to the highest degree of care, and our cleaning staff keep the entire building fresh and beautiful. Shout out to all of your hard work team!

I’ve really enjoyed living at these apartments. The area feels safe, the units are well-kept, and any issues I’ve had were handled quickly. Our maintenance man Fernando deserves special recognition. He’s professional, fast, and truly cares about making sure residents are taken care of. He makes living here 10x better!

very unfriendly staff at this location. Rush you pay application fees mines was 415 dollars. The staff lies that 300 would be returned to you if application is denied. The part they leave out once you pay the money they stopped answering my phone calls. I went back to location was informed I was denied for a marijuana possession over 20 years ago. It would take 30 days to receive my 300 dollars back. The corporate office in my view is just as corrupt. only transferring my calls back and forth to leave messages. I have call begged plead for my money they do care. I am a retired Veteran of the United States Army

The Camden has been absolutely amazing. We recently had some maintenance done on our apartment and I have to say that the Camden and its staff has been absolutely perfect. Adrian and Fernando especially have been fantastic! Revision: It has been several months at the Camden now and my opinion has only been getting better. Recently it came to our attention that we had a water leak inside of our utility closet. After reporting it, within 10 minutes, maintenance was there fixing it. Ivan, Daniel, and Steven all amazing workers were able to find the source the leak, fix the PVC pipe breach, and dried the wall all within the span of 1 day. I am amazed every single day at how Camden Downtown has such amazing staff and easy to use apps / communication methods. Fantastic, fantastic job, very happy living here.
