Ambience was nice. Stephy was our server the first day we came in she was very nice. The food and drinks she recommended was good. My family and I came back Sunday for brunch and it was again good. William our server that day was nice accommodating to our needs. Very nice place to go to enjoy good food. The lamb chops were so tender and good.

I picked up food to go. They have a special door for to go orders with reserved parking. I walk with a cane. The young man there made sure my order was complete and carried it to my car, holding the door for me on the way out. Very courteous, helpful and friendly. The food was incredible. Possible the best tacos carbon I've ever had. A delicious marinade! Rice, beans, Pico and guacamole all fresh and wonderful. White queso and chips were great! (They put the chips in a zip lock bag! Why doesnt everyone else do that???) My family had cheese enchiladas, a burrito, chicken fajitas, and tortilla soup. They all raved about their meals. I look forward to eating at La Viva Cantina in person one day. But the take out experience was divine!

From the top - everything was five stars. Parking, staff, service, ambiance, dishes, EVERYTHING. Here’s my personal account… My restaurant dish pictures don’t look as stunning as they once were. I have a list of 14 foods I can’t even think of touching on a daily basis. Last week we walked into a restaurant we had to walk out of because every single dish was on my no list. I’ve noticed it’s harder to disguise non-quality food when you hide it behind things like milk based sauces and tomato anything. I ordered the chicken fajita and substituted the Brussels sprouts for all the other good stuff. What’s the good stuff? The tortillas, the beans, the rice. I heard they have the best cilantro rice (I think I shed a tear on that one). I also heard their dessert selection is out of this world. I’ll just have to live through the memories of what was once and be ever so grateful for all the restaurant owners who offer great food options for the rest of us who can’t dine on the Standard American Diet. La Viva was amazing…I recommend it for all my stomach sensitive friends and the rest of you who can eat whatever without a problemo.

The place is pretty big with outdoor sitting. While it is pricy, I must admit that the fajitas were amazing! They had good flavor and the porting for two was enough for 2. Drinks were also good and service was amazing— thanks to Jacob! The whole crew working on Saturday night were on it! Fast service .. highly recommend!

Food here was excellent especially the fajitas. Kale the server was outstanding. He has been checking on us all the time, making sure we’re good and have everything we need. The service was fast and the rest of the staff were nice. Price is reasonable. Overall, me and my friend enjoyed our first time dinner experience here.
