If there is one thing I love it is queso Birria tacos and this place absolutely nailed it. Very cute flowers and gives a cute date lunch/night vibe! The tacos are a great size for a great price. Perfectly cheesy and juicy meat! The salsa verida is flavorful with a kick! The guy working the stand is absolutely amazing and super inviting! I loved his vibe and how concerned he was with making my meal the best experience! Anyone who even reads this has to try it! Absolutely phenomenal just 10/10

Cute little area & well-maintained food truck. We had the quessabirria and would recommend it! The only thing is I wish the menu had prices, or at least a QR code to direct us to prices online. That way we can anticipate how much we will pay before ordering. Other than that, I'm looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

If you don’t know about LA HACIENDA, you are seriously missing out! Every single time I come here, I already know what I’m getting — the Al Pastor quesadillas or their tacos. No question. That’s how good they are. The Al Pastor is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. You get that amazing balance of savory and slightly sweet, especially with the pineapple. The quesadillas come out hot and crispy on the outside, loaded with melty cheese and generous portions of meat. And the tacos? Fresh, flavorful, and topped just right with cilantro, onion, and a squeeze of lime — absolute perfection. The flavor is consistent every time, and you can tell everything is made with care. Hands down one of my favorite spots in The Woodlands. Five stars every single time! 🌮🔥

First time trying this place since moving to the area. The queso birria was delicious, I’m pretty certain they were homemade flour tortillas. Pretty darn good for this area! They have a cute sitting area, nice little lunch place.

Very cute area and the food was good, but definitely could’ve been better considering how expensive it was and how long the wait was even though the place was empty.
