I'm not sure how Kokee is still in business via their reviews and their customer service. We purchased 2 drinks that taste like water. We took one sip, maybe two, and put them in the trash, we let the young lady know who said she is the manager she just stood there like a deer in headlights. The owner seems not to care only replies by writing back when customers leave reviews that: I'm sorry, I hope to see you next time. No, give people their money back or a gift card. Maybe the customer will come back and try your place again. I know we will never go back, not even for a free drink.

Worst place I have ever been to in my life. I couldn’t believe the young female at the cash register. She was so hateful to my 11-year-old son. She looked at him with disgust in her eyes. I couldn’t believe how someone so angry would actually be working at a place that is a solely based off a customer service.

Love this place, knowledgeable counter servers. The owner is nice and friendly. The bubble teas are on point. I’m a huge fan of asian teas and these ones did not disappoint. They also sell Korean snacks which my daughter loves so much! Highly recommended.
