Food is amazing, service is great, and the new remodel is just icing on the biscuit lol. Love this place! I used to go often before the remodel and used to wait. I didn’t mind since I knew that is the price you pay for actual freshly cooked food. Now, there is no more wait at all! I don’t know how they did it!

I was pleasantly surprised by this cafe. The food that we had as a family was delicious 😋! The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. Whom ever is cooking in the restaurant loves food and flavor. Never would have visited or known about this place if they didn’t partake in Houston Restaurant Weeks. True made from scratch restaurant!! Don’t be fooled by the look of the restaurant. I highly recommend!!!

I was told they sell the best Chicken and Waffles in Spring, TX. Let me go try it for myself. Okay, the Chicken and Waffles are legit. Best around???? Maybe….. I have to be fair, I tried the regular breakfast as well. It was average at best. It wasn’t worth the nearly $20 I paid for it. The Chicken and Waffles was worth every dollar. The regular breakfast was no better than the $6 Value Slam from Dennys. It was $14.50 for the plate plus $4.50 for the extra sausage. The staff was friendly and very personable. It’s a small operation so expect a little wait time to get your food. I’d come back but I’d just get the Chicken and Waffles next time.

My friend wanted to take me out for brunch and picked this place. I really didn’t have much expectations just wanted to experience a new place. I tried to order 3 separate dishes and they didn’t have anything (seafood based) so I settled for the Almond Style French Toast and some King Bacon. It was okay. I can’t really complain but I wasn’t completely thrilled with it. My friend ordered chicken and fries and I think they felt the same way.. by that point they were just hungry and wanted to eat. My favorite thing was the blackberry lemonade. I didn’t take a picture of it but I can say it was very refreshing.

I really want to like this place but it was really disappointing. Upon arrival I really liked the small and cozy atmosphere. I thought it was a good sign when most of the tables were busy but I guess you should not judge a book by it’s cover. I order a blackberry lemonade and coffee for my mom. My mom the order chicken and waffles and I order the corn beef hash. My corn beef hash beef was super salty so I just ate the potatoes and the egg. My mom said her chicken and waffle was very basic. I also had a biscuit with my order and had to ask for it twice before I got a biscuit that was not fully baked. 😞
