Spacious for a boba cafe. Taro smoothie & blueberry ice cream smoothies were good but the 100% sweetness is sweeter than I prefer. Not super-sweet but 80% seeetness would be just right. Plenty of parking.

The shop offers a wide drink selection and spacious seating. The drinks were decent—I tried the Oolong Cream Tea with Herbal Jelly, Oreo Cookies & Cream Smoothie, and Vietnamese Coffee.

I get the pleasure of coming to Kim’s Tea House almost every day since it’s right next to my job, and it has officially become part of my routine. The mango slurpee is so refreshing, and the ice cream coffee extra sweet is hands down my go to. Everything is always consistent, delicious, and exactly the pick me up I need during the day. If you’re nearby and need something sweet or refreshing, this place never misses😮‍💨😍

I got the artichoke tea and it comes with a boba, jelly, and various items. Various refreshing and delicious! They have a lot of options, but I’m glad I got to try this one.

Saw this boba shop had a great amount of unique flavors and decided to try it out!!! They have a variety of different flavors, toppings/sinkers, and some unique tea flavors I don’t normally see. For instance they have an artichoke tea which has an earthy taste to it but it’s delicious!! This drink comes automatically at 25% sweetness but it includes a BUNCH of sinkers that I usually wouldn’t get together. I was hesitant when the employee listed all the sinkers, but was pleased that all the flavors combined well. I will definitely return for this drink during the summer!!! Their passion fruit green tea is also very delicious although it kind of has a perfume-y aftertaste. It taste like an artificial passion fruit flavor, but it was still delicious nonetheless. The boba is also super fresh even during the late hours which is VERY much appreciated. Definitely a must try if you want to venture out from the regular taro, thai, or brown sugar milk teas!!! The dining area is also very spacious and a great study area!!
